I just wanted to express my opinion on the Subox after using it for a few days for anyone thinking about getting it. It is constructed really well IMO, works great, and looks great. But if you are looking for a tank with a real nice tight draw, I don't think the Subox tank is for you. Even at the the smallest airflow setting I find it too airy.

This is a bit disappointing. I am a Tootle Puffer (Mouth to Lung) and was hoping this would be my first RTA

Can anyone else speak to how well this works for MTL vaping?

i can do MTL hits on the smallest airhole setting but i prefer it set to wide open and doing lung hits.

as far as leaking goes no leaking from my 3 V1 tanks or my 1 V2. i have them lying on its side regularly and never any leaking. before using subtanks i used kayfuns and had juice between tank and mod frequently.

Most peeps I've met that are tootling a STm are using the largest afc slot setting and closing it almost all the way off. It works well for them.

When you say V2 are you referring to the last version of the STmini or the STmini Plus? There is a big difference in the rbas. The latest STmini rba still has juice channels; the Plus rba has juice holes.

No one really complains about STmini rbas leaking but I have heard a few peeps say their Plus rba leaks when on its side. Also have heard that a modified rba with holes drilled in the chimney to replicate the Plus rba leaks as well.

The way mine lines up when screwed on, the smallest holes point directly to the sides, and I can naturally lie my thumb over one of them and get just the right airflow for me. If that didn't work, I'd just cut a sliver of black plastic or something to press fit into one of the afc slots.

As a mouth to lung vaper, I do wish they'd all just use continuously adjustable slots like the Ego One tank (full open to full closed, or any place in between, and it stays where I set it) rather than just a few preset airflow sizes.

You didn't mention RBA or OCC?

i am referring to the rba that came with the subox kit. i assumed it was called V2. my older subtank minis don`t leak either.

I ordered June 3, my black is on it's way finally!!

Keep bugging them by emailing them, 10 times a day! Post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and that will speed them up. I read somewhere a guy doing that and it helped him so I did too and that seemed to get there ... in gear. The responses they give are a JOKE but just keep bugging.

If you want a laugh go on their Facebook!

I will never order from them again!!!

Got an email from them this morning that I could barely understand saying the White ones would be in next week because Kanger shortened the supply of white ones due to bugs they found in the hardware. They said they had the black in stock and offered to ship a black one right away instead and I took them up on it. Either way they will never have my business again.

Is there a way to adjust the inner part where the airflow ring is? On my dads it is not lined up with the holes in there and is completely restricting airflow

I'm not trying to be a wiseass but the ring turns. There are three settings on that ring.

That site is awesome! I wonder if I could get a 3d model of myself sitting on the couch and deploy it on the weekends so my wife would think I'm home?

If you do let me know.

Quantity discount and all considered, I'll take one, too.

I'll settle for a 3d model of you sitting on my couch so my wife thinks somebody's home. Who? Doesn't matter. [emoji38]
