Are you implying that my build is subtandard because I am a girl, that vapers would only be interested in this because I am a girl, or that guys know everything about building and would only view this because of my sex? I made a quality post about a build that works and am answering questions presented to me in a gender neutral manner.

Not at all. I just fail to see what any of the replies had to do with my gender. They were all product or build related questions. Only one commented that the build was sexy. Maybe I'm not jaded with the ins and outs of how Reddit works, but I am trying to post useful information and answer questions to the best of my ability.
Wait, what? Was that a copy of the conversation ? I hope I didn't offend you, it was purely sarcasm on my part.

It's what's inside, the rba, that counts.;)
Your buttons aren't pink now are they? Those pics make it look like the O-rings and buttons are pink. Looks better with the white DT as well. I caved in and bought 5 dark tinted glass sections and 5 acrylic slim DTs, I couldn't resist being like @ephilbe . slow boat from china should be here by Xmas.

I can't wait to post my mine here. I ordered two black sub box mini starter kit. One for me and one for my gf who will try to kickout smoking and do vaping.

I'll try to paint my buttons green with a silicone drip tip from fasttech. I'm still in the process ordering from phiniac for the frosted glass for my custom artwork.

You've been on Reddit again, haven't you?
haha that's awesome! But doesn't show up until you reply with quote.

Thx for the tip! I don't know why it doesn't show up till then but gave me an excuse to try out the multi quote finally.

I'm a redditer. The site is so large that it's impossible to stay up with everything. The DIY section is good there. I find lots of deals and discount codes since the site doesn't screen out so many vendors based on payment. They do a good job keeping spam under control. I get the feeling it's a much younger audience than ECF. I haen't seen 'hive mentality' any worse there than here (5 Pawns, Suicide Bunny, diketones) and conversations in the DIY section (since they include industry professionals) were extremely informative.

All in all, it comes down to how much time a person has to spend on the computer everyday. Reddit is easier to get on my phone when I'm away from home. There's a couple of other ecig sites that are worthy of mention for various reasons. Oh wait, we are on ECF and they are censored. Some of those groups have long time ex-ECF members in them which is why they are censored, if that makes any sense.

Facebook is excellent for local and regional groups, and a lot of advocacy orgs are found there. AVA (Am Vaping Assoc) is a good one to follow since they will post a response to media / studies on vaping very quickly. CASAA, Vaping Militia and [HASHTAG]#notblowingsmoke[/HASHTAG] are good too. Tons of Facebook contests and giveaways but that takes setting up a dummy site (for posting to timeline) and monitoring for wins. I have won a few nice things there but stopped doing it due to time. The person who got me started was on disability and all her vaping supplies had to be won. It can be done.

There's also waffles (raffles but FB doesn't allow raffles so they are called waffles) for ecigs. Some very nice gear. Buy spots for $5 or $10 and eventually win something. Those are kinda fun. I've only played a few times. FB also has some large co-op and group buy communities with varies levels of safety and then there are mod traders and buying groups, again, various levels of vetting first so buyer beware. And then niche groups - usually cloud chashers discussing competive cloud blowing, etc. With all these groups, it's easy to see how something can go viral pretty quickly.

There's a sign printer that I work with from time to time that prints on transparent vinyl (translucent ink), like you see on buses and commercial vehicles (printed on the adhesive side, so very durable). You make your own custom designs in Photoshop, send them the files, then they print it. I keep meaning to get some skins done for my glass tanks (like I used to have for my cartos), but can never seem to get the funds together. Someday...

I wondered how window tinting film might work. I assumed that's what FT styled extra glass tanks used for their colors. It'll scratch off but fairly durable if treated genty, knowing it's a film.

Some have had good results with nail decals.

Transparent vinyl in colors (like they use for headlight lenses) won't scratch off. The color's not printed on, the material is actually made that color. Tougher than FT's, but sadly you can see a seam. The printed transparent vinyl is tough too, since the ink is on the adhesive side (the inside?) and the side that's exposed to the elements is vinyl laminate (not printed). ;)
