This maybe even a better setup for tootle puffers than the mini is :) :)...in regard to a tight draw, hmm dunno.

Those are wholesale prices. The more you order, the less you pay per box. She must have thought you were a retailer.

Can't even imagine dripping. I'm one of the few here that's never used a dripper. I'm not even a cloud guy, with my flavor setup it just happens lol.
I am with you... no drippin for this gal. I tried it for all of 3 minutes. Not for me. I love my full tanks.. ;)

Omg, I haven't ever heard of this Mech Sauce before... I just went to the site to see what you guys were talking about. The prices, omg!!! Seriously cheap [emoji15] [emoji33] [emoji43]
Is the juice good? I mean, obviously you guys buy it but... at those prices, I have to try it!!!

Just jumped into this thread about 10 pages ago. Saw all the posts about the ejuice flavors "they" have.

What is the site yunz are talking about???

I'm really loving this kit. It's stopped me from smoking analogs because of the substantial amount of vapor I get in my lungs. The battery life is phenomenal as well. I seriously doubt I would've been able to quit had I not started off with this kit. Rebuilding intimidated me a bit, but after doing it a few times, I am a pro (at standard 5 wrap coils lol). I do want to give dual coils or even a vertical, claptons, and the rest, but I have to check with my local shop to see if they do coil building for the latter. If they don't, is there a website where I can buy them? Which site would you recommend I get them from if so? Other than that, I have zero complaints. I've never tried to quit smoking until I started sub ohming, and I don't see myself ever looking back. I'm making my own juice now too. Vaping on the Subox Mini is amazing! Thank you Kangertech.

I am now waiting, impatiently, delivery of one of these. I have to say I am excited to see what this is going to be like seeing as it's an upgrade from an e roll. Anyone got any advice for a new UK vaper? It's been about 3 weeks since I had a smoke and so far I am loving it although I haven't adventured into the flavoured liquid yet. For me the next step is researching building coils before I jump into sub ohm vaping.

Hi @james28 welcome to the Subox thread and congrats on being smoke free for 3 weeks. The Subox will be a big step up from the e roll. Using the Subox takes a little more effort, but it will definitely be worth it. All of the necessary instructions for assembly and use should be included with the Subox. Assuming that you've already procured some juice, I would suggest starting out with the 1.5 ohm coil at 10W to 12W. From there, it's really all about personal preference. As for sub-ohm vaping, building a coil isn't necessary as the Subox includes a 0.5 ohm pre-built coil. The benefits of building your own coil are improved flavor and more vapor production, if you're not satisfied with the pre-built coils. I prefer building my own coils, but I know many others only use the pre-built coils. If you're looking for more information or have a problem, just search this 170 page thread. Since June 1, it has accumulated a lot of good data from dedicated Subox users on a wide variety of topics.

How does the V1 RBA compare to V2, in your experience? I like the V2 (Subox) tank's AFC design better because I'm an MTL/low wattage person, but I would like to know more about the V1 vs V2.

Has anyone else tried both RBA decks and is willing to share his/her thoughts on the subject?

Thanks.
i have built and continue to build and use both decks.
they are nearly identical as far as building goes, but the v2 has a locking chimney ring tightened with a small screw, where the v1 has a threaded chimney. At first i thought the v2 screw would be finicky, but it actually makes the rba unit much easier to disassemble since you don't have to worry about overtightened threads, trying to twist two smooth sections of a slippery juice covered cylinder, or the wrong section unscrewing.
The v1 had two tiny juice channels in the bottom deck, which worked great with 60/40 vg/pg and lower, but had trouble wicking anything over 70%vg without using special methods like pancake wicking and frequently repriming (covering the air hole and giving a hard suck to pull juice into the wick.) The v2 has nice big juice holes, which wick higher vg juices much more efficiently, though still might struggle with max vg and require special wicking methods which i have not tried in the v2, 80/20 is as high as i've tried and it worked pretty well. The only "downside" of the new juice holes is that you need to be certain to cover them or you risk flooding or severe leaking. Either way an improvement, though i would have liked it if they kept the bottom juice channels as well as the new holes.
The airflow might be a touch better in the v2, but i think thats more the changes to the unit itself adding a second air channel.
The v2 subtank has air channels on either side of the deck, as opposed to just one rotating one. I lung hit and always keep both wide open, but some people have complained about not being able to close off all air like you could on the v1.

overall i wouldn't really say the v2 is radically better, but then again the v1 rba worked great. They made some solid and logical improvements and did increase it's performance. I would still like to see bottom juice channels make a comeback, and i personally would like a higher airflow option than the ones given. I actually would like it if kanger built a true RTA without the coils at all, though i understand the money isn't really in the tank selling, but in the coils they can charge the plebs for. I recently purchased an Eciggity Billow V2 RTA, and while i am still finding the sweet spot build wise, so far I am loving it. I usually am going back and forth between my subox/subtank and mechmod/billow v2. Love the subox though.

OK, back to the pic I couldn't post :(
It is a file extension issue....oh well, Blivey would have had a good laugh. It was a meme of her avatar (and a funny about grapes) like they do with the most interesting man pics.

Anywho....stopped by the local B&M to get some juice and showed a guy I know there the Subox. He had one too. He was telling me an easy wick was to build your coil as normal, put the sleeve on, align the coil with the holes (horizontal build), push the wick through the holes and coil, then trim even with the sleeve. Said it works great.
I'll be trying soon ;)
