Just found out about a new Kangertech product in pre-order, I'm not sure how I feel about this personally..
http://www.kangeronline.com/products/kanger-nebox-white-starter-kit
There's quite a few selection of colours, personally I like the white one the most.
What do you guys think?

Here's a pic:

And here's a little informational graphic for ya:

i understand why they decided to make it. for new vapers there is also no guesswork to be done. i just dont understand why a consumer would buy this. for the same price you can buy an istick 60w and a subtank.
Its quite expensive! I personally wouldn't buy this as there are better options available, but for the convenience of beginners I guess this can be helpful.

from everything i can tell it looks to be integrated. on the bottom of the device you see two access panels. one looks like it opens with a coin and seems to hold the battery. the other is below the drop tip and unscrews with a coin or just your fingers. i would assume that this is to access the bottom of the tank to change coils. aside from those two areas the rest of it seems like a solid unit.

one other thing came to mind that would probably kill it even as a stealth device. it seems like the overall size is perhaps just a little taller than a single 18650 with the width being a little larger than two 18650s to accommodate the size of the board. if thats the case it looks like there is a tank in there the height of a 18650. one of the things which led to the subtank mini having such great flavor is how close the drip tip is to the coil. the tank iv very vertically compact. if the width of the built in tank is 22mm (which it seems like it is) and it fits 10mL of juice that would mean its incredibly tall. this would mute the flavor by a good amount. it would seem that they are sacrificing almost all aspects of function for form.

Stealth (for me) is all about a mod that disappears in my hand :). Might not be my all day vape mod, but it might make for a good tool in the box. Some of your concerns will surely be addressed as soon as they get out in the wild.

the mod which comes with the kbox mini is just slightly taller than a single 18650. the width is about 1.5 times that of a 18650. assuming this device is the same height (it cant be any shorter) and is 2.5-3x the width of a 18650 it would be a very large fit for your palm. i would also lean more towards 3x the width of a 18650 because the tank will be slightly over 22mm, the battery will be 22mm, the board will be at least half the width of either of those. then you still need a little separation between all three. height wise its compact. width wise at best you are looking at dual 18650 territory.

I have a Kbox mini. Whatever is on top sticks out. Something the size of a Derringer is not too bad but the whole atty sticks up (from my smallish Palm).

I also have an Evic-TC. That is essentially dual 18650 + parallel board size and probably about the size of this. I think I can palm this and only the drip tip will stick out. That's the basis of my thinking. When it gets out in the wild we'll have a better idea. But I can Palm my Evic. But not the mod on top.

Palming a dual 18650 box is easy. Palming the mod on top is not. This is my EVIC-VT and there is room to spare. With a little effort I could palm that and my KBox mini side by side (essentially triple 18650 and then some). Palms are much wider than they are high.
