Just new on the market this is Kangertech's take on the eGo Clearomizer (CE4) genre of cartomizers. But Kanger didn't simply make another clone. They redesigned how coil/wick heads are made, they feel, for the better. One of the advantages will be a more inexpensive coil/head as these are cheaper to manufacture and it appears, to assemble.

Notice in the pictures to the left that the replaceble coil/head does NOT screw in. It appears that the coil leads wrap along the bottom to make contact with the stem. This may make these heads fairly easy to rebuild? Not sure as I could not see where the coil was actually wrapped around the wicking. At the time of this product description we did not take one apart to see. But the leads on the coil are not wrapped or soldered onto anything. The coil/head assembly is simply PUSHED in (not screwed in) and the coil/wire makes contact with the metal on the stem.

How Does It Perform?
So far I have to say, very satisfactorily! These hold 1.6ml of juice but since the head is deeper into the tube you will probably be best using something like one of our bottle applicator kits or our Convenience fill kits or any juice bottle that has a needle-nose dropper. In either case it is advised to fill the tube at a 45 degree angle to avoid getting juice down the air stem. If you do that all you have to do is blow through it into a napkin. The wicking seems to work well as it is a cross between a short wick and a long wick so lets call it a medium length wick It is fluffed up and frayed out a bit on the end to provide more surface for wicking.

I filled and let sit for about ten minutes and placed a drop or two on the wick in the middle of the coil/wick assembly. It is highly recommended to do this to allow the juice to throughly wet the wicks. The coil/wick heads that come with a full unit are 2.4ohm but I would still start at the lower setting on your VV PV then work up.

• The replaceable coil/wick head is a POP-ON head and does not screw in. The best method of doing this is to hold the coil/wick head in one hand and press the stem up into the bottom of the coil/head, not the other way around.
• The mouthpiece on this is not compatible with our other CE4 style clearos or the other way around!

Well... that's just cool. I can't wait to order one It looks like it'd be super easy to replace the wicks with whatever material people prefer. I've always wanted to try some of the different kinds others talk about like cotton. The wicks would be easy to thin out if needed since they're not threaded through the coil.

I wasn't really too skeered to fill one up and toot on it when this came in my vapemails today

I can tell you so far it's vaping nicely

However

be cautious how you fill these

the way the drip tip has the length extended, it sets the coil down farther and you can get juice down inside there very easy. If it had a pip like a stardust head it would be less worries filling it.

it seems to be a very nice vape though so far.

Oooooo...I wanted to add and forgot that I've been trying to chain vape this baby and so far the wicks have been keeping up to me. No dry hits or burning tastes either

I will try this. I like how they carved the little notch on the plugs so they don't pinch the wicks, saves you cutting them.

They have good flavor and vape well, keep up to you if ya chain vape...........but I don't like the filling part of them. The coil is farther down cuz of the extended driptip and you can really easy get juice in there even if you're being careful. To be honest, I'm not gonna buy another But, others may LOVE them all the way around

I kept forgetting to make a ticket or mention on the comments of latter orders... still haven't remember but at the same time... I ordered a different one from them that I absolutely love because it takes the luer lock needle tips...
