Did you clean it when you first got it as the manual says. I know I didn't on my first tanks :). Also you can remove the tiny piece that sticks out on bottom of the actual tank bottom hardware if you have to. The firing pin I think they call it. Maybe it is not clean or correctly inserted. :) :) maybe that'll fix it. You can also pour four to seven drops on top of head when they are brand new and 2 drops when you refill juice throughout their use on to and through the mesh screen. And just let it sit till it absorbs. Sometimes a day in advance of this before initial use helps a lot :) :) :)

I have the Nautilus, too. After the first pack of 5 original heads, I had to resort using BVC coils, as there is a shipload of fake BDC coils around. BVC coils, because of the way they are machined (that very fine mesh on top, and an heavily oxydised kanthal coil) are very difficult to fake, and fakes BVC coils are very easy to spot.
Of late I found a website here in the UK that has genuine good Aspire BDC coils (yes, they must be genuine AND good), because I had the same issue with Aspire CE5 clearo, not working right from moment one. As all vendors have only DOA warranties on coils (which is, IMO, plainly wrong and unjust), it is important to find vendors that sources first grade parts straight from manufacturers. They may cost the double, but a genuine-and-good coil will last for weeks, if not months, when properly serviced.
Vendors should accept returns for defective-other-than-DOA coils, to stop this deluge of fakes that is damaging the e-cig market as a whole. Manufacturers had to act with batteries, as a bang represents a liability, but for toppers, customers are taking the brunt of this unregulated, cut-throat market. I may seem to be venting, but I have half of my coils and clearos (Aspire but also other brands) that are not DOA but are unusable.

Can you vape these tanks down to the last drop or should i stop vaping with a little fluid in the tank befor eI rinse?

for instance, with my old Halo Triton tanks, you can't really go down to the end with those. There needs to be a little juice witht hose tanks because you'll burn the wick and get a gross taste. I'm hoping this is avoided with the bottom coil design.

I'm just going to put this out there, and I hope I don't offend anyone.
I have several Nautilus tanks, and they worked pretty well for the several months I was vaping them.
They would flood, sometimes...and I went through the whole thing with the BDC. I switched to the BVC.
I broke tanks, so I bought a bunch of SS replacements...
Then,I made the jump to the Atlantis, and I've never been happier.
Zero issues, and the vape...man.
I loved the Nautilus, but the Atlantis COMPLETELY blows it away.
Just in case anyone's tired of fiddling with the Nautilus, and is thinking about making the jump...

I must have got a dud - major problems with my Nautilus. It was working great until I added more juice. Put it back together and now there is absolutely no action. I replaced the coil - still nothing. I just finger tightened it back onto the Magneto as someone had suggested. Anybody have any other suggestions for this unit. Tks

It has to be the coil. I love that tank, in fact I love that tank so much I spend the extra 5.00 on it at the vape shop down the road instead of buying it online so if I have any problems at all I go see the guy in the store. There was recently a bad run of those tanks though - the glass wasn't milled right. I had to take one back to the store and he replaced it.
