If you've got internet access you can order from anywhere in europe easily.

Welcome to the friendly bunch by the way :)

smok are known for bad quality control and this sort of thing happens all to frequently. The best I can suggest is to try and take it apart to get into the wires and board. It may be something as simple as a loose wire on the battery contacts.

Otherwise...lots of decent mods out there....

Drag 2 Voopoo
vaporesso polar or lux.
Geekvape aegis.
And lots more...generally anything from the above three brands are pretty solid.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience....hope you get it sorted :)

Well it's out of warranty and the vendor doesn't perform repairs even if I pay them
Good thing everything in the EU has a two year warranty.
You are entitled to a replacement. That is the law.
However;
You will never get a replacement, but you are in the right and you should thank the EU for protecting you.
I know I sleep better...
What would we have done without them?

Cheers

Welcome and glad you joined.
Might want to check out a mod purchase before you purchase in the:
VV/VW APV Discussion These ECF forum folks may be able to guide you so you don't waist your money again.
Could see CoastalCowboy's comments regarding your problem.
Re: SMOK QBOX
"can we all just stop, breath deeply, and agree that smok mods have always had issues? they're of the top 3 manufacturers in our game that DON'T listen to reviewers, they DON'T pay attention to the little things, and every mod they release has either annoying little issues or infuriating big issues. we're talking about the company that sells us mods with spelling errors in the menu system. the company that sold mechanical mods without vent holes... then accepted vendor stock returns & then resold the same mods with vent holes that ripped the casings off our batteries. the company that gave us aluminum 510 threads... I could go on?"

You guys are not seriously recommending a Jackaroo to replace a dual cell device...

I don't think the OP is looking to run in the 50W and under region. ;)

Sent from my KFKAWI using Tapatalk

I suggested the Jackaroo with a 21700
Op is using Sammy 25Rs.
At 15amps each, using two, he is getting about 100-110 watts max from his now dead unit.
The Jack will give him 100 watts in a durable package.

But you are correct, it is a single cell device.
Thanks for paying attention.

Cheers

For about 20 minutes at 100W. ;)
So to continue in that vein, what device(s) would you suggest for OP?

You are correct that OP has not mentioned which topper/tank is in use nor the resistance and watts used.
We presume it is also a SMOK unit with SMOK coils, but we can only speculate.
If Op was happy with the power and battery life using the Sammy 25Rs, I don't think he was chain vaping at 95watts. Perhaps he was and with two sets of batteries, it makes me wonder how often they needed recharging.

He mentions it was a Smok I-Priv Kit and that came with a TFV12 Prince tank so we'll go with that for now. Resistance of the coil doesn't matter as it's a regulated mod. The only useful coils for that tank are in the 80W+ range with a couple of low wattage versions designed for the Stick Prince. The T10 (80W+), Triple Mesh (80W+) and Max Mesh (100W+) are the most popular ones in the shop where I work.

Devices I would suggest for the OP,
Asmodus Minikin V2
Asmodus Lustro
Geek Vape Aegis Legend
Innokin Proton
Vaporesso Luxe
Uwell Crown 4 Mod
VooPoo Drag 2

Or if he wants to spend a little more cash
SX Mini G Class
Lost Vape Paranormal (DNA 250C)
