Hi

I’m here basically to see if anyone knows the answer to my question in the thread I posted. I see there hasn’t been any replies on that particular forum since February so i doubt anyone would see it. It may be a general issue rather than specific to the device itself.

Obviously I would be best going to the shop to get it sorted but it’s still lockdown here in Scotland and it’s been closed for months.

I think your questions have been answered. Your mod is faulty and should be replaced by the vendor or manufacturer.

Since your vendor is not available because of the lockdown, have you tried the manufacturer? If it's an original, they should honor their warranty for 6 months:
