New mod, need advice

I've been vaping since I stopped analogs in December. I started with an ijoy ego AIO then picked up an ileaf I just S, and today, because my I just S died, bought a ELeaf I stick power 80w mod.
I have no idea what settings I should be using. The juice I'm using is 75%vg, 25%pg. I took the atomizer assembly off my ijust S and I am using it with the ecl 0.18 ohm coils.
What is the preferred mode and settings for the way I'm set up? Currently I'm using it in VW mode at 35w. I do however have some 0.3 ohm could I could use if they tend to be better.
I'm totally new to adjustable mods and appreciate any suggestions.

There is no right way other than what's right for you. On a regulated device the coil resistance is not really important, just set a lowish wattage and increase it until it makes you happy.

old school rule of thumb, whatever your atty resistance is add 2 to that number to get the volts....but really it's all to your taste and well how high before you burn the wick i tend to stick with watts because you can fine tune it a bit more.... for every .1 volt there's about .5 watts between it (hope that made sense)
but yep it all comes down to personal taste...now you mentioned the 80w istick but is it temp controlled? if so then there are a few different settings depending on the material of your coil but other than that standard volt/watt will work

It has a temp control mode. I just have it on watts for now. I may give one of my 0.3 ohm could a try tomorrow. I guess like anything, there is a learning curve and the best way is to just go in and try different things.
