Good afternoon my Friend Let the Friday Begin We smoked through the trainer this morning

Now to start my search for more organic fare for veggies and naturally grass fed beef and other naturally raised meats where the animals are allowed 100% full access to pastures rather than let out once a week or so to get the "Free Range" label and ONLY fed what they would normally eat in the wild This search is tiresome and I keep running into dead ends at every turn. Soon though I shall have my Caveman Feast and be all set with outlets to get what I need to eat like a Neanderthal

Yeah I have some other O rings which are slightly thicker than the ones that come with the Ithaka but tey have the same inner diameter and fit on the post so I may try one of those to see if it offsets the chamber notches enough t oallow me to totally close them off without leaking past the connector O-Ring.

I will definitely try that on my next rebuild here in a few days. I am really loving this thing more and more the longer I use it because as I fiddle with it and learn it inside and out I learn more and more about how to properly set it up vs how it definitely does not work Which was my last build, that did not do well at all, it worked on paper but definitely NOT in practice

Oh you know me too well my Friend, at the end of every tank I am rebuilding until I find the perfect combination as always Brother

Man I absolutely Love this Diet, calorie counting is not encouraged nor is portion control Lots of animal and nut proteins and lots of the Good Fats such as saturated animal fats and avocados, (WHICH I LOVE!!) so this diet is perfect for a Meat Eater like me Brother It is all about the Natural Meats that are not genetically modified nor injected with antibiotics and other Funky stuffs

Man I dunno I think I got it right this time, I can literally feel my body generating heat internally after I have eaten a meal. I can feel it in my skin. It feels like I took some kind of energy supplement or something like Hydroxicut or something but all it is is turning my body into a furnace by eating te right combination of foods Without Stimulants Too .

Okay so the Ithaka seems to be doing well with a very small sliver of the notches over only one set of wick channels and about a 1mm or less crack open on the juice control That seems to be perfect for wicking for this thing, unfortunately with the strength of the power transfer on the Poldi I do have to make a slightly higher ohm coil than a 0.8 like I have now

Our teacher asked what my favorite animal was, and I said, "Fried chicken."

She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right, because everyone else laughed.

My parents told me to always tell the truth. I did. Fried chicken is my favorite animal.

I told my dad what happened, and he said my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love animals very much.

I do, too. Especially chicken, pork and beef. Anyway, my teacher sent me to the principal's office.

I told him what happened, and he laughed, too. Then he told me not to do it again.

The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite live animal was.

I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, so I told her it was because you could make them into fried chicken.

She sent me back to the principal's office. He laughed, and told me not to do it again.

I don't understand. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher doesn't like it when I am.

Today, my teacher asked me to tell her what famous person I admired most.

I told her, "Colonel Sanders."

WOW It is an absolutely great day out there today!!! Got my Workout in and then decided to thoroughly clean out the grill and also weedeated the lawn and mowed and swept out every nook and cranny of the porch and now time to sit and stop sweating before I shower I did it the caveman way too because I worked out before I ate because the hunter gatherers had t ogo out and work for their food so I kinda did the same thing then ate a piece of talapia with a boatload of zucchini and crook neck squash with celery and asparagus

Talk about a High Energy Diet!! I can go for days this way

Oh definitely relaxing at the moment The day is just too danged perfect though so we are going to go out and about and get some Zucchini and Crook Neck Squash to use as noodles for some Spaghetti tonight

Just finished cleaning up the Brass Poldiac 18350. It looks GREAT!!! Now to finish off the tank on the Ithaka and see about fitting it up with a Dual Coil X wrap Can't wait to get up there next weekend and show ya in person my Friend. This set up is mind blowing.

Thank you my Friend I really like the accents with the slightly shined Satin Brass and the flat Satin Stainless with the Polished Gemini on top. It really looks very nice together that way

I just took down the Ithaka again and I think I have now found a real winner for all of my juices. Instead of wrapping the coil around one wick or a dual coil I wrapped a Dual Wick with a single coil for a resistance of 1.1 ohms with 30 AWG kanthal. The Flavor and Vapor Production is absolutely perfect for me, comes out to a little over 15 watts on a fully charged battery and does not give any burnt taste even with both chamber feeders 180º out from the chambers so that they do not feed it at all. That way I have full on juice control.

The Southern Comfort REALLY tastes good in this set up, no burnt taste at all like I was getting from it with the last set up of 0.9 ohms, that was just a bit too hot and dried out the wick too fast for my long pulls. This one lets it feed perfect with a single trn of the mouthpiece.

Good Morning my Friend!!! Yeah I absolutely Love this set up, The So Co tastes friggin AWESOME!!! I noticed I was getting a little burning with the 0.9 ohm coil on the Southern Comfort E Juice but the 1.1 ohm is outstanding! Rich full flavor and LOADS of Vapor.

Man Ya Just can't argue with a diet that says you can eat this:

3 egg Omelet made with Bacon, Zucchini, Crook Neck Squash, Asparagus and Black Olives with Bacon and sweet potatoes on the side




Hope you have a blast at the Grand Opening of ECC3 Brother, It is really great to see more of the ECC Name opening up around here

Man that Omelet was a BEAST! Delicious, nutritious and it stuck with me until dinner tis evening We had Cod and Brussel sprouts for dinner, something a little lighter but still Paleo Friendly so I can maintain this weight loss
