Me too my Friend, I am still waiting to hear back from them about what is wrong

Hopefully it won't be an arm and a leg but I know it will not be cheap unless they find that it is something they did when they did the throttle body cleaning. It started just fine before that and then started struggling afterwards. So Hopefully this will be one on them instead of trying to find anything and everything they can to make it NOT their fault.

It is what it is though, I must have the vehicle so I have to take the hit on it if it comes down to it.

On the brighter side of things it is a very nice day out today

it's refreshing to see a person maintain such a positive outlook when things go wrong. most people i konw would be swearing up a storm and cursing life by now... i'm guessing this helps!!

Oh yeah, it does no good to get all upset about it because there isn't a darn thing I can do to change the fact that it happened. Just meant that I got to spend some time with the Wifey without TV or computers or anything else so we just sat and conversed for a little bit until the tow truck driver got there to tow it away to the dealership.

Now it is just a waiting game until they figure out what is wrong with it

That is what I keep telling her but she just doesn't listen LMAO She spent a good portion of the time sitting on the bench in the shade until Mom came and picked her up with the Compass. I am just glad we have two cars so I can get to work tomorrow.

Yeah, I hear ya, it is official, the Chi You is going to have to wait because this one is going to cost me $800 bucks to fix. The starter was toast and needs replacing so now I gotta come up with that to get the car back once it is finished being repaired.

Whew, easy day Got to handle everything today and still make my appointment this afternoon Also got the Trailblazer back. Thank goodness for the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society I donate to them monthly and they are a great resource for us when things get rough. I keep a reserve amount for emergencies but that was exhausted last month on the Throttle Body and Thermostat replacement. So i had not had the chance to replenish it yet. They are there for times like that. We did a budget, they cut a check to the dealership and set me up on allotment on my pay so it will be covered in three months

All Turned out well as I expected it would

I also found a small dressing bottle for my home made salad dressing for temporary use until I get the money to buy the one I really want

Good Morning all

Yessir, all taken care of and for some reason the gas mileage in the TB has started to go up drastically. It has gained over 1mpg just in the short driving around I have done since picking it up yesterday. It says all they did work on was the starter but I wonder if they adjusted something else too because I didn't think a starter could have that kind of effect on gas mileage. I am certainly not complaining tough Better Gas mileage is always a welcome thing
