Heck Yeah, I know I am going to PT today, not sure yet if I am going to go out and get on my Elliptical or take a bike ride, but I am definitely going to do one of the two. I have gotten so used to doing exercise 5 days a week that I am crawling out of my skin wanting to get something done.

Another great day for weather so I am thinking the bike ride might be the way to go for me

Well we did not find any Grass fed beef at the Commissary other than ground beef. So I guess next weekend I will have to make a trip to La Jolla Village way and go to the place over there and see what their prices are like on it. I want some steaks because I can get grass fed ground beef just about anywhere.

Went slightly crazy with dinner tonight LOL I butterflied some chicken breasts and stuffed them with natural uncured and no nitrite added bacon and organic spinach.

EFFIN DELICIOUS! Served it with brussel sprouts and fresh organic salad mixins

Good Morning my Friend

Yeah they are definitely hard to find other than Chicken and Fish. The Wild caught fish is easy, the no hormone or antibiotics added chicken is getting much easier to find but the grass fed beef steaks are still very difficult to locate. Hopefully next weekend after I get paid I can go hunt some down and stock up a bit

Just rebuilt Ithaka last night and thought originally that I was going to have to do another built but realized I just tightened down the top nut too fast LOL It is working like a charm with 4mm open juice control now

Man I am SOOOOOOOO Ready for this weekend Just wish the Trailblazer had not had the problems it had because then I would actually have more money to enjoy the weekend LOL

That is okay though, yeah I got the Ithy firing on a 1.1 ohm coil on the 18650 Poldiac and it is hitting like a dream Got the Blueberry Mojito in it and it never tasted so good


I also rebuilt the Mark T tis morning since I had not put a new coil on it for about a month so that is hitting much better now as well. Got all gunked up and the dry burn was just not cutting it so I just pulled it and replaced it with a new one at 1.0 ohms. Now this afternoon I should be able to set aside some time for rebuilding the standard DID and cleaning it completely to replace the insulators and everything on it so all the atties should be good to go by this evening

Having an all fruit smoothie this morning for breakfast. Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Boysenberries and strawberries and instead of milk or cream I used the Naked Fruit juice with no added sugar or preservatives for the liquid. So all natural fruit smoothie packed with antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties

Looks to be a very relaxing day thus far Hope yours is the same my Friend

On a happier note though I did pick up enough Grass Fed Top Sirloin Steaks to feed the Family until I get paid again today Already cut up into true serving size amounts too Only 35 bucks and they are very nice looking.

Those are absolutely stunning Poldi's my Friend, I bet they will be gone in a heartbeat Bro! Are you going to be carrying spare parts for them as well? Because that would be awesome for me so I can have some extra spares for mine in case something bad happens

Wow! Three months!! Sheesh must have been one heck of a back order on them suckers. Owning them I can actually understand why though. They are amazing Mods. I am sure those are going to go pretty quick though too because they really are sought after mods because of their great performance
