Yeah the B.A.T. is pretty phenomenal. You should hear the comments I get on this one. 12 freaking mils my man. It is pretty exceptional, especially on the Shockwave because, at best guess, three days juice and three days battery How can that be bad?

I can only imagine Brother that thing is friggin Huge, I can't wait to see it in person on Saturday LOL Anyting that can dwarf the Shockwave, (Which that thing definitely does), is really a monster!

I just got a 5 lb Grass Fed Beef New York Strip roast so I can cut it to my own liking :D Dericious :D I will be cutting it up tomorrow and putting it seasoned into food saver bags for future use :D

I will be doing a Grass Fed London Broil tomorrow that has been marinating in the food saver marinating vacuum container for three days :D
That promises to be absolutely GREAT :D

I miss my food saver, that is the best invention ever, before e-cigs that is. :)
I had one when they first cam out, I definitely need to buy one again. You are right, they are perfect for marinating.
Beef and London Broil sounds great my man.
I just finished rubbing down my 10 pound chunk of fresh ahi tuna. and threw it in the fridge. No food saver, but that would have been awesome. I just wrapped it in a couple layers of cellophane wrap. I am marinating it with a salmon rub, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, espresso, onion and garlic powder. Then Sunday morning I will get up early, wash it off really well, soak it in a brine solution with 1/2 cup Salt, 1/2 cup sugar and black pepper in a half gallon of water, for two hours. Then I rinse it really well, pat it dry and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour to get the meat nice and sticky to help the smoke flavor stick to it. Then I will throw it on the smoker at 10:00am and let it smoke for the whole day.
Depending on the internal temperature, I may crank it up a bit, just before serving, but I am trying for a seared ahi type middle with a well cooked outside.
This is the first time I am trying anything like this, so wish me luck! :)

I totally agree :D The Food Saver is a lifesaver for me :D It allows me to buy a lot of things in bulk and plan out meals in sealed packages for future use later :D

Man that Recipe sounds incredible!! I am sure it will come out awesome!!! Seared Ahi is one thing I really Miss from Hawaii. I loved the fresh cracked pepper crusted seared Ahi the best :D

I bet it does :D That thing has got to be dark with the espresso beans in the marinade :D

Just got some Awesomeness from Costco :D They now have the Ground Bison we like in larger packs :D and Price per pound is a little less than albertson's so definitely got stocked up on that :D And of course my Grass Fed Ground Beef too :D

I tell ya Brother, I feel so danged good now it is unreal :D

No the tuna didn't turn too dark that meat is so dense in comparison with beef, it didn't really do much. That is why I am letting it sit for two day in the marinade. I don't know if it is going to take the marinade at all.
Encrusted black pepper definitely sounds like a great idea.

Yeah it is, I got a months supply of Ground Beef and Bison now and probably a month at least of New York Strip Steaks. Also got more Natural Hormone Free humanely raised chicken breast tenders, (10 Pounds), So the Grocery Shopping is done but I am now nearly Broke LOL

That is okay though because I got good for me healthy foods in return :D I have to do my Cardo Burn workout tonight too :D I really look forward to coming up tomorrow and visiting and picking up some stuff. I feel like a friggin Buddha for Vaping at the command and a delivery guy as well LOL That is okay though because smokers looking to bum a light are finding it harder and harder every day to find one :D

That Ahi can be very difficult to marinate because of it's density but a few tips and tricks to it are to use apple cider or balsamic vinegar to help infuse the spices and seasoning into the meat or citrus juices also work well for that. The Cracked Pepper makes the deal a total WIN every time, it thoroughly activates your O Factory senses and really brings out the other flavors as well :D

I agree today is absolutely perfect Brother. The Temp outside is great and the weather is showing why people spend so much to live here :D

Home safe and sound and other than PCH being a little crowded through town the 5 was wide open and cruise control all the way home at 74 MPH :D Easy Peasy :D

Man I just filled up the Protank with Southern Comfort and I have absolutely fallen in love with this bad boy for the SoCo It Tastes absolutely Perfect in the Protank right out of the box!! I can only imagine what it will taste like after a few tanks run through it and it gets broken in. Now to get one of those goodies you got for the 510 Drip tips :D If you can land another one or they become available I really wanna get one because nothing I have looks better on the Provari than that thing does. Perfect diameter and fits without a gap too :D

Time to finagle up some grub :D I am finally hungry after breakfast wore off :D

Thank you for another awesome visit to the Shop Brother and tell everyone at Mozambique they are in our thoughts for speedy cleanup and return to business as usual :D
