Well the Physical Therapist is one I have worked with a few times before and he knows the level of pain I am accustomed to being in and also knows the drive I have to get better so he has me on a pretty rigorous training regimen to get this knee back in working order as quickly as is safely possible. The girl that was in there with me on Tuesday has the exact same injury as I do and she is no where near as far along as I am. Probably due to the fact that I have a huge amount of physical therapy equipment here at home myself so I can do a lot of stuff right here on a daily basis that some people just don't have the gear to do. I even have my own Ice Pad machine wit a wrap that fits the shoulder, elbow and knee as well. Just fill the unit with ice and a little water, wrap the pad around the affected area, connect the pad plug it in and let it work After every set of exercises I do I use that thing to get the swelling back down and get the blood back to it to heal it faster

Finished up the class today as well despite my appointments getting in the way and got it done by noon too

Oh yeah I am definitely balancing the hard workouts with not overdoing it and causing further damage It is hard but I know that I am just hard headed enough to get it done

Oiy what a busy day, the trailblazer blew the water pump and started spewing coolant everywhere so needless to say it is definitely in the shop right now. Thankfully it made it to the dealership without cracking the engine block. That, the O2 sensor and the center console lid assembly that broke a few years back is gonna set me back a couple thousand dollars but at least it will be back in great running order again I really love that vehicle and I do not want to trade it in if I can avoid it. So I been busy getting that all taken care of since this morning. Luckily I was able to get a signature loan for the repairs until I get my taxes back. LOL This happened about two week earlier than I had hoped it would because I had planned on replacing all that with the taxes but I cannot go three weeks without the second vehicle.

Good Evening my Friend

Yeah it would have been nice if it had waited until my tax return came in, but no worries I gots it covered and then some. I haz been smart brained for a few years now and having done so I am prepared for that kind of fubar to happen. It should be ready for pick up on Monday or Tuesday so I won't be without it for long and it should run a whole lot better when I get it back I think that O2 sensor has been an Achilles Heal for tat thing on gas mileage lately, the mileage dropped to around 12.3 miles per gallon when it should be up closer to 15 to 20. Hopefully this also fixes that problem as well. If not then I will try getting the spark plugs changed and throttle body cleaned and all that good jazz

Oiy more running about today but definitely strengthening up that knee in the process Gotta do my taxes today and get that all out of the way always a fun day to do that crud LOL. Oh yeah, I am going to go ahead and ice it down now that the taxes and such are done before going out and handling anything else that way it reduces the swelling and such.
