Whew, just got back from the commissary Got some Bison New York Strips for dinner tonight. They are a little spendy but I figured I have never tried Bison New York Strip so I would give it a shot We shall see how that comes out.

At least I can feel my Face now That is a good thing and it is not hurting all that bad either which is even better

I agree, needles in the mug suck hardcore I hate them something fierce;

Errrr Mah Gurge!!!!!! Them was good We had both Bison NY Strip steaks and free range chicken strips with grilled asparagus, Sautéed Okinawa Sweet Potatoes in extra virgin olive oil and a fresh salad with home made Balsamic Vinaigrette made with extra virgin olive oil It was scrumptious

I am very excited about tomorrow as well, I really need to get out of town and sit and vape and talk shop for a while

WOW Brother!! I gotta come up there an hour later and leave later more often, that was the easiest drive home from the shop since the later vape meets back in 2011. The traffic was wide open both ways

Yes it does sound like a lot of fun, I wish I could have stayed a little longer too because I was very curious as to how many people were going to show up and I really really wanted to see Penn and Sandy as well. Hopefully next time they come down I can get up there and see all of ya. I see CJ Made it too The Old Gang all together again

I was starting to get hungry myself as well though and I had to get back home before I stopped off and got something bad, I had my cheat day on Thursday so I could not really afford another one. The kids wanted fries and nuggets so I stopped at JIB for them and I tried two french fries that fell out of the box when I handed it to them and even that my my stomach a little upset. Luckily I got home pretty quick and ate my Bison steak and Free Range Chicken So I was good to go

LOL Yeah Man that was the worst case of having to exercise self control I have come up to yet. I love Jack N The Box's chicken nuggets and I did not even have one the whole time they were chowing down on them That was friggin hard!!!!

Yeah we definitely needed to get our butts on the road to get everyone fed. Glad to see everyone had a great time though Now I just need to make sure I make it up there the next time they come over

Maybe not the healthiest meal, but I made patties, put blue cheese and bacon on top of the patty, then stacked another patty and knitted them together. Now I am smoking them slowly for an hour, then crank up the heat to finish them.
Hopefully they will turn out great!

Brother that just sounds amazing!!! That has Got O Be delicious!!!! Only Way I would do it different is to skip the blue cheese and use White Irish Cheddar and that sounds like a meal for my Cheat Day

We made Paleo Sheppard's Pie Tonight with ground grass fed beef and bison as well as Zucchini, Crook neck Squash, Asparagus, green onions, purple cabbage and celery all diced and cooked up with the meat and then made the crust with sweet potatoes mashed up and spread over the top in a casserole pan. It was absolutely amazing. Also I hearty green Salad with my Home Made Extra Virgin Olive oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Phenomenal Meal and Paleo Friendly all in one


Can't wait to hear how them burgers turn out my Friend I believe you will find that the Bison has just an incredible flavor compared to normal grain fed beef.
