I like it for the mini its got a nice look to it my only hope is it has that nice clicky type like the woodvil you that nice connection push

I think for the mini wood its a winner

If it worrks as good as the woodvil then its all good.

I like the way the new switch looks. I've never used a woody, so I cant give any advice, but it looks good, real good.

What I can say is that I used a very similar switch (or maybe the same) in a homemade battery box mod and it works, and feels very nice on the thumb and other fingers.

All the specs can be found hear on the switch I used, looks the same as Reos:

Digi-Key - EG1933-ND (Manufacturer - RP3502MBBLK)

Is the Mini Reo Woodvil switch MIL-SPEC? If not you might want to look into this because they last a very long time. I own a small electronics company that supplies, aircraft MFGs, US Government, and Military electronics, so I know a little bit about this stuff. :)

Keep up the GOOD WORK Rob!

My only issue was the color contrast I wish it was all black but it doesn't come like that. I could paint them but I am afraid the paint wouldn't hold up to are heavy vaping fingers. I suppose a touch up would be easy enough if it did fade or chip in time.Keep them opinions coming. I have no plans to change the switch on the woodvil its a perfect fit in my opinion.

Rob, If you tell me the specs, size and part number I can help you find another color is you would like. Read my post above this...

Who manufactures the switch?

Another thought, have you looked into having the drip cup, chromed by the shop who does your anodizing? This might add to the cost a bit too much...?

Personally, I like the looks of the small switch. :2cool:

Perhaps you could offer Mini Woodvils with both size switches. Keep up the excellent work. :)

I thought this would be a good place for us to state our thoughts so he can just check one place!

i'm curious if that little metal plate at the base is made of steel and is it the 'door catcher' for the magnet? if so - that is great!

Yes it is steel, no it's not the door catch. Magnet to steel is not nearly as strong as magnet to magnet :)
If you look at the top of the mod you will see the magnet for the door.
