I was able to remove the nickel plating there was a layer of copper and under that was brass. I also have the company looking into getting them all brass so I don't have to remove the plating

Rob, I knew you would not stop until you were satisfied. Those Mini Woodvil's are sure becoming the "talk of the town"! You Rock!

I used to have a purple heart/purple heart Reo Woodvil, awe...it didn't have the REO logo on it but, I loved it anyway. I had to sell it tho because it was too big and hurt my hands from holding it all day as I tend to do. This lil Mini Woodvil looks so purrfect. I would so love to have a Reo back. Did you put your logo on the lil ones too?

Hi bonbon! No, he has not put logos on the mini Woodvils. If you are looking to have the REO logo on one, you will need to PM Rob. :)

I trust Rob with everything but since our input is wanted I would prefer the looks of the old button. I never had a wood (but ordered one) nor have I touched the new button but I just like the look of the old one and heard it's one of the best fire buttons people have used and therefore I go with old button.

I think after all the posts in this thread that the outcome as exceeded our expectations.
Rob did a wonderful job of matching the switch to the drip well.
The Mini Woodvil button is easy to use, troublefree, and very attractive!!
Of course I expected no less from Rob, he never fails to amaze us!!
Thanks, Rob!
