new to e-cigs, never vaped before

Howdy, i'm genericamel

as stated in the title i have never vaped before, i am not a heavy smoker either (only when i drink or am around friends) but i am highly interested in e-cigs, my only problem is where to start, i have read all the stickies in the new members section and gained a fair amount of knowledge on the topic, but i would like others input as to what my first pv should be

How much do you actually smoke (you were vague in your post) and what are you looking for? Is size or cost an issue? Do you want pre-filled crap or are you willing to buy your own liquid and fill cartos/tanks yourself? Do you want lots of vapor (visual) or are you more concerned with the throat hit?

We need details to be able to recommend anything.

If you are a light smoker and not concerned so much about size or variable voltage this kit paired with a vivi nova and some juice is very good. I use this as my backup ecig. Great starter kit.

get a kit. Not a cig look-a-like either. Had friends that did that and they went back to smoking.
You also need to give us a budget idea. My belief is that if you spend a little extra at the outset you will save in not having to keep replacing it as often. You get what you pay for.
Throw out a number you'd be willing to spend and I'll check back an look in that price range for a kit. Kits are the way to go for a beginner.

Thanks for your input everyone, I only smoke on the weekends when I go out with friends, I only smoke maybe a pack all through out the weekend. Cost isn't really a factor but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg
