New to folding, cannot enter passkey.

Lost my grandfather and grandmother to cancer many years ago, my mother to it about 5 years ago and this past November had a scare with my 23 year old daughter, thankfully the tumor was benign. I praise you for this, wish I had known of the existence of folding before now.

Downloaded and installed, filled in the Name and Team # from the first page "223274", requested a Passkey but it will not allow me to enter it, any suggestions?

BTW, if there is a mod around... I completely messed up and asked my question in a sticky Would you please be so kind as to delete it. Here
