Got some vape mail last night, sum more ce3's an halo juice which consist of the usual suspects but 2 new ones for me midnight apple and captain jack.
dear god they are horrible..
Captain jack is like vaping molasses that the only thing i can think of that resembles that flavor
Midnight apple this one i cant describe but it dam sure isnt apple...*taking one final draw* tobacco with sum kinda sweetness ..that isnt apple. So far i own 4 or 5 liquids I will never use

I was supposed to get some vape mail today, but USPS hosed me again. I hate USPS shipping, it may be cheaper, but it sucks so bad. Regardless, it is what it is. Although I am little bummed, I was looking forward to trying out my the juices from the vapor room... and the new clearos.
I've read that the Midnight Apple was pretty good. I've never tried it so I can't say for myself. I too have several flavors I wont touch again. They all seem to be tobacco flavors. Maybe there was something to what jfalbanese said way back in this thread. I still enjoy a tobacco, but most are too much for an adv.
Hopefully, tomorrow I'll have some goodies waiting on me.

I've been enjoying the samples from them since I received them last week. Each of the flavors I tried have been enjoyable, some very enjoyable. I ran out of the Tuscan Cocoa today at work and was bummed. I was really enjoying it. I got over it quick after I grabbed their Menthol Ice. However, I only have about .5 ml left of it. And speaking of tobaccos (above), I have their peach tobacco. It's pretty good and will not go to waste. It's difficult deciding which flavor is next because all the ones I got are so good. I'll be trying some more of their juices real soon.

That unfortunate about the usps I ordered from halo saturday and got it yesterday. I did have an issue with them recently also regarding a vaporroom package (coincidence?) but 1 phone call quickly resolved it ..week late but i got it.
Midnight apple is bad. I also read and heard good things I was lied to. This is why I wish i knew vapers close to me if u were local i wouldnt say a word besides "here take it" lol.

So I brought my G6 battery to work today after realizing yesterday I never tried my ADV mix wit it or in a carto, so I loaded up a LR carto with it..Im absolutely surprised with the performance I may actually like it better than my T3 on my VV. (but not the EvoD lol)
Now I really cant wait to get my SmokTech Ego dual coils I have in transit.

Awwww dude I am so sorry I wasn't able to warn you about Captain Jack or Midnight Apple! I defeinitely do not like those vapes and they've just been sitting there ever since I got them. Oddly some of my friends really like Captain Jack, but I just can't get into it.
Maybe we can trade juices sometime! I just got Menthol Ice, Malibu Menthol and Sub-Zero and holy ****! I absolutely love Halo's menthol flavors and regret not going with the variety sample pack over the tobacco sample pack.
Oh and isn't it just amazing how great the LR Carts are? I got a fresh pack of those and noticed how much better they were with just about every flavor. I still enjoy Tribeca and Prime-15 in regular blanks though. Prime-15 is amazing in the LR.

Yea they came from the tobacco sample pack I had the variety one before and sadly enough the only reason I even bought a sample pack was to try those 2 cus i know i liked everything else ..and for the free subzero.
Malibu and tiki juice are alright but Im not a fan of fruity candy flavors I learned that early. Everything else from that pack i have.
LR carts were in my initial halo order I looked them up while i was researching the kit, liked wut I was reading and hearing and they did not disappoint I cant even remember wut the standard ones are like I jus know wen I tried the LR's back then they were better. I still have 3 of the included prefilled menthol ice ones come to think of it

Liquid from Elitevaporworks.com ..never heard of em til last week. I saw a a few youtube reviews, they have good prices on liquid and they offer FREE shipping on ALL orders so I gave it a shot got 3 10ml to test, Which are Tobacco, candycane and menthol they all smell great but we'll see.
So as usual once I test these items I will report back. I really hope the juice is good cus 36ml is only 13.95 from them. even thought their selection is fairly limited by my taste at least
SmokTech carto I like as expected its LR 1.5ohm im running at 3.7v happy with performance. Its just huge gonna edit wit a pic next to my ego
the liquids were 2 out of 3. The menthol was nice, smooth and cool another great mixing flavor for me. The candy cane is great the flavor is spot on jus like eating a candycane so no complaints here.
the Tobacco or "elite cig" as they call it ...they were on the right track but its a bit too perfumy,funny tasting undertone and the throat hit is harsh but i blame that on the 24mg strength. Im gonna let it steep and try it again later an see if that will help. if nothing else it does have mixing potential

It's just a rebranded eGo pass thru one short one long
A carto tank will act just like the cartomizer of your G6, the only difference is a tank goes on the outside of the carto, so it can hold more, huge plus. (I use around 3ml a day)
I also might be a little bias, I dislike when companies like volcano rebrand everything so you no longer know what it is.
Gets annoying, like calling a simple thread cone a sock.

I'm definitely getting into vaping equipment a lot slower than you guys. I ordered the King Titan starter kit from V4L. Got it Mon or Tues and one of the e cig batteries has already died. Not happy, but I got my mini ego kit today..wow what a difference. My next purchase will be a vv of some kind haven't decided which yet.

.......The battery was fine, I put it on to charge (with the V4L included charger). The light was green when I checked back so I removed it and screwed on a cart. Nothing.... just a dead battery. Any advice or info would be appreciated.

Question..the mini Ego kit I ordered did not come with the cone atomizer. Am I supposed to just use the carts straight off the battery or do I need to order an atomizer first? If so, is it just a regular ego atomizer or one made for the mini?

I personally have no experience with V4L all i can say is If the light was still on when you took it off the charger maybe its the carto not making a proper connection...? have you tried others?
Also ur not moving slow at all I did the same thing pretty much. cig-a-like to ego and ur already thinking about VV pretty much wut I did but if i could've, I woulda told u to go VV from the start

You can use Cartomizers as long as its the same thread as your ego (510)
You dont need The cone atomizer (aka Tankomizer) its jus one of the MANY delivery systems available. Theres Cartomizers, Clearomizers, drip atomizers, carto tanks..etc
The cone atomizer you speak of is good for beginners I had one and i liked it alot i mainly used it to try new flavors cus it was quick and easy swap.
Yea even for newbies I recommend Variable Voltage The difference is amazing.
If you've read thru my thread here you'll see I evolved rather quickly from a cig-a-like all the way up to VV and im still goin jus ordered a new Apv today. I did a lot of experimenting and found sumthing I liked, thats wut its all about finding wut works for you. That also why I made this thread and I keep it updated with All my vaping experiences, everything I buy and try for the new ppl out there cus I did indeed start from wut is pretty much step 1. So this should be a big help to new ppl. (given they take the time to read it all lol)
So any questions jus ask. Im pretty sure myself or one of the followers of this thread can help.

Update on V4L battery. Just got off the phone with customer service. They are replacing the battery and sending out the replacement right away. Great experience with CS.
They were also very helpful as far as e juice knowledge. I really liked their Kamel carto which I thought had a caramel flavor, so I ordered the Caramel e juice and am going to add it to the other tobacco cartos that I already have to see if it wll smooth them out. I am still searching for my ADV. I love some of the sweet flavors but I can't handle them all day. I had great hopes for Hoosier's apple and/or grapefruit but no go. The apple is good but not great and I hate the grapefruit.

I got my vape mail Thursday, I believe it was. This was the juices for The Vapor Room and the Vision 2.0 Clearomizers. As for the juices I received, all but one were great straight out of the mail. The Port Menthol however, tasted like Vics Vaporub, which I don't enjoy. They did send steeping instructions with the order. So I'll let them steep and see how they are then.
The Vision 2.0 Clearomizers flat out suck. At least compared to my evod tanks. I get a burnt taste every few hits, no matter how I hold it, rotate it, etc. I decided to do a little test. I had some of The Vapor Rooms French Toast. I filled the vision clearo and I also filled an evod. The flavor and hit difference was pretty big. I tasted flavors with the evod that I didn't even know where there with the clearos. So you asked what I thought of these. My suggestion, save your money and buy evods. I wish I had.

Im at a Tie between Ce3's and EVoD wit the smok dual coil cartos coming second. But I also have Boge single coils coming my way per recommendation and the tank I hope to be my new number 1 ..The recently released Phoenix Raven tank from gotvapes Im ultra excited to try that and hope hope hope it doesnt disappoint ...it kinda cant cus the phoenix's are already greatness but we'll see. Need to check with KraksX an see if he got his yet.
Funny I actually like port Menthol it didn't taste like Vicks to me. I jus finished it yesterday. Let it steep I guess.. Mine was good out the mailbox. my was 12 mg ...accidentally but good

Congrats on getting the eVic. (I say with envy ) I'm working on a design for my own diy mod, but I will probably buy something before too long to hold me over. I'm still looking, but which ever I decide on, I will be getting a shorter tube and battery. I like the way the shorties looks.
I looked up the Phoenix Raven tank, which I hadn't seen yet. I'm liking it. I'll be curious to see how it performs. I still want to try one of the Vape Only BBC tanks. They are based on the same principle as the evod tanks (bottom coil). It only makes me wonder if they work as good. I'm sure the Phoenix Raven tank will hold it own. The punched carto tanks are a very popular design and used by many.
