New to "vaping" & forum..Went with HALO G6 Kit

Congrats on getting the eVic. (I say with envy ) I'm working on a design for my own diy mod, but I will probably buy something before too long to hold me over. I'm still looking, but which ever I decide on, I will be getting a shorter tube and battery. I like the way the shorties looks.

I looked up the Phoenix Raven tank, which I hadn't seen yet. I'm liking it. I'll be curious to see how it performs. I still want to try one of the Vape Only BBC tanks. They are based on the same principle as the evod tanks (bottom coil). It only makes me wonder if they work as good. I'm sure the Phoenix Raven tank will hold it own. The punched carto tanks are a very popular design and used by many.

I heard the raven is good I also heard the Vapeonly is nothing special I've read more bad reviews than good, I was lookin into it too but changed my mind. KraKsX has one also check out Pbusardo review on YouTube

He basically says remove the top wick for a good vape which is fine for me I actually did it on my T3 and EvoD, but even so I read a lot of "burnt taste" experiences that turned me away. Im still gonna get a vivi nova, even though I utterly despise top coil now I cannot find a bad review on it, not to mention the endless recommendations

Regarding the Apollo liquid I ordered:

Classic tobacco- is OK and jus made it to that mark
Tobacco - flavorless I taste nothing
French vanilla- sweet but no vanilla ..jus sweet

overall ..wont be doing that again

I just realized I spent all this money on vape mail this weekend and was about to actually place another juice order when frickin Vapefest is this weekend. Wasnt sure about going before but now with all that I've learned and my buying habits I think imma have to go. Set aside about $100 for it and see wut happens. Although im off on Friday I do not want to deal with Friday traffic so I will be attending on Saturday. Look out for me I look like my pic lol...no seriously that is a very old pic of me..and me..and me from when i thought I was nice at photo shop lol

New to this Just had my first full day off the real cigarettes but still want to use them! My Husband decided we were going to give up so bought us the Neatcigs - menthol for me as that is what I normally smoke - I have done ok - only one real cigarette today but it may be about to go to 2! Better than my usual 20 so result!!! Looking forward to reading through the forums and enjoying having a "smoke" but never having to go outside in the cold again

Welcome to the forums and congrats on kicking the analogs. As DDark4eva said, this thread is a good read. It's a documented noob experience (no offense), with me butting in here and there with my noob experiences too. The biggest advice I ignored was not listening when it was suggested not to waste too much money on tobacco flavors. Don't get me wrong, I still have some tobaccos (peach tobacco, yum) that I enjoy, but at this point none of my 'go-tos' are tobaccos.

I updated it and its been charging havent used it yet but im about to in a few mins, 18350 setup of course which is perfect, i am visually in love with it right now

yea I was told that too but that was bad advice in my case cause I prefer Tobacco & menthol/mint flavor before ANYTHING else. Yea all these candy fruity cartoon flavors are "good" but cant vape them for more than 10mins before im tired of it. Tobacco flavors (halo) however I can vape alllll day

The blue cotton candy was flavorless the first time I tried it. Maybe my taste buds were shot from the other 7 flavors before it, but a few days later (maybe steeping) I"m digging it. It's a real subtle taste, not overly candy or fruity, but enough. I did start to get tired of it by the end of my work day though.

I just tried the last flavor I had left, Apple Pie, from The Vapor Room. It was a freebie they threw in with my order (thats in addition to the free 15 ml I got for being a first time customer) It's not what I expected, but I'm enjoying it. I've been dripping it for the past couple hours. I doubt I could do it all day without something else to neutralize the taste, but its going in the mix of go-tos.

Yea I forgot that Dutch Chocomint is another flavor I vape all day its so good especially wen i add a few drops to my main mix.

I got choco mint from Mtbaker vapor its good too but its 80/20 kinda ruins the vapor production

Alright so lemme go thru this weekends vape mail. Evic, 18350 mod tube, Boge SR/SC carts, MBV liquids Menthol, Extreme Ice, Choco mint, 555, and a Freebie Sour Yum. and finally the Phoenix Raven Tank

Im currently waitting for a Boge cart to settle so i can test Ill edit later.

Phoenix Raven tank-This is a must have, If you like T3 EvoD or CE3's you need to own this, This is the best bottom coil I have tried to date and that says a lot cause I love my EvoD.

MBV liquids- ill make this part short, Menthol, Extreme Ice and Choco mint I like but they are 80/20 so less vapor, i will be reordering these in 50/50 especially extreme Ice
555 is nothing like 555 from the vaporroom which I loved, this one is caramel colored and smells like ..well caramel and peanuts. If the bottle was unmarked i would never guess tobacco bottom line imma let it steep for now hope that helps
The Freebie SOUR YUM-...Giveaway, Its not a bad flavor its pretty good and i know alot of ppl would love it but as I stated many times before I cant do the candy sweetness vapes its not for me if i want candy ill eat candy i PERSONALLY dont enjoy vaping that stuff, the only exceptions to this are Peppermint and chocolate

Now the Evic, I looove this thing right now especially with the 18350 mod Thank god for the ECF classifieds!! Best part is its actually brand new. Ive seen ppl complain about the menus an such I personally dont have an issue with them, However as i seen on a few threads a "master exit" would be a welcomed feature instead of exiting each menu separate depending on how deep u went into it. That being said, of all the devices I seen and reviews I watched I PERSONALLY think the Evic has the best interface out there, not to mention its just easier on the eyes. The only other thing thats buggin me just a little is the usb cover I cannot get this thing to go back in I may end up ripping it off lol.

The voltage has been accurate so far, Im actully gettin more Vapor from the MBV juice now than i was on my Ego V. I love the instant Ohms reading when attaching another delivery system (yea i forget sumtimes I have alot of s*** here lol) I also read ppl had problems with the software and connection issues, not me I updated to 1.2 in less than 2 mins then adjusted all my settings with ease. Im very pleased with it right now. Im charging the stock 18650 batt right now thats gonna be my backup ..for now, Until I order sum more 18350 batteries. I do not actually plan to use the standard tube or battery, I jus dont like that size or the look ugh.. the smaller mod is jus soooo much better looking. and thats all for now im tired of typing i jus wanna vape this Raven tank lol

I know you like the EvoD so you're gonna like the Phoenix no doubt. Im mixing my ADV to put in it now, not to mention this thing is ultra easy to clean totally effortless. Im also finding it produces A lot of vapor

I will be ordering sum more MBV, probably today actually along with another 18350 battery. I got the AW IMR 700mah now but I hear the eFest batts are good too (not as good as AW) and I keep seeing them everywhere, 2 for the price of one AW. So I might try those and have them as backups

2 things, minor update.. I don't know why a lot of ppl don't like dual coil carts but this one is amazing it's been 2 weeks an this is still #1 of 5 no flavor change great vapor, truth be told I've been using this since I got it as my main device.. In other words it's always with me

Secondly It contains my main vape (torque prime 15 and subzero) so I went to add a few drops of the MBV extreme ice to, grabbed bottle put 4 drops.... Only i wasn't paying attention and it wasn't extreme ice! It was the dam Sour Yum (yes they are about the same color) around the 4th drop it the smell hit me, my reaction "....... i jus ruined this cart"... fired it up to taste the damage and.. It's not bad actually lol on paper it looks disgusting but it's pretty good I may actually keep the sour yum after all lol

Its not the hardest thing ever. My first coil was kind of sloppy and too tight and I spent the majority of the afternoon yesterday to get a perfect one but I finally got it!!!! Its a perfect! The flavor production throat hit, even the warmth of the vapor is so amazing, I won't ever go back to cartos/clearos only maybe for extreme backup. I'm vaping on an AGA-T+ by the way
