Yes, here is a little glimpse of my new video studio. It's really nothing more than a table in a big room in my unfinished basement.

But my awesome daughter collaborated with me on the backdrop and I really like it.

The good news is my rebuilding operations will also be carried out in the basement, I will only use my office to charge batteries and fill mods.

We hope you like it. We're heading back down to do a little shoot of the rebuilding station right now. Stay tuned [emoji1][emoji1][emoji1][emoji1]

First person I know with a vape lair lucky you

Thank you. The reality of it is that I will spend very little time there cause I vape in my office and out doors mostly.

But it is cool to have a place dedicated to videoing and rebuilding that I know my wife won't come thru and "clean" every few days. She hates going in the basement :)

Sweet looking vape video lair, supe, and it's just great that your daughter is hanging out with her dad and adding some panache to the place (love the logo treatment on the wall).

Looking forward to seeing all the vids that get made.

Thank you brother. Yes, my daughter did seem quite comfortable in front of the camera no? Yeah, she's really into crafting and has her own fledgling YouTube channel but she needs better equipment to up her game. An iPad can't film a very good quality. We're not ready to invest in a high end PC, software and camera for her yet and she doan really care. She aspires more for UGGS and a chandelier for her room.

Yes, She is a daddy's girl. Unless moms heading to the mall then she temporarily forgets she has a dad :)

Nice studio Russ! What type of crafting is your daughter into?

I was (and still am at heart) a die hard rubber stamper before PPMS took away my ability to use use two hands. I still have an "Art Studio" that I may someday find a way to use (even as limited as I am) if I could only tear myself away from this forum.:lol:

You say that now but when you start vaping in there and start seeing how foggy you can get the basement will be your next challenge

Thank you. She makes all sorts of stuff - just yesterday she had me cut a 7/8" hole in the top of a mason jar (took me 4 attempts to get it right) so she could put a pink soap dispenser pump on it and then wrap the jar with pink blingy ribbons.

She loves to use hot glue and caulk to make little girly crafts in little containers - anything from miniature Starbucks coffee creations to holiday stuff. Her and mom make beautiful wreaths too.

I'm so lucky.

In other news, I showed my wife that short video and she thinks I come across as an unpolished redneck and was taken aback by the sequence in my intro where Jules pops up and where I am blowing out all those clouds.

I already have a video planned in the theme of how my wife would like for my videos to look. Yall are gonna laugh. I'm already laughing and wish I could go shoot it right now. But I got DVR'd formula 1 to watch. :)

Looking forward to seeing that video!:)

If you wouldn't mind PMing me her youtube channel I would love to see what she's up to. Of course, If you would rather not do this, I'd understand. I have amassed 100's (if not 1000's) of links regarding crafting as I was a rubber stamping demonstrator up until 6 years ago. We stamped (and crafted) on EVERYTHING!:)

Speaking of laughs I couldn't quit  when you were vaping in the family room. Reminded me of the old days when I was sneaking a smoke. Good looking set, can't wait to see the new vids in it.

I'm loving the new set and the little lair you've got going. You've got the support of your family and that's awesome. My wife....well I wouldn't say she's UNsupportive, but she isn't supportive either. I also have my vape corner in our basement, though nowhere near as nice as yours...

also note my home made wire gizmo, I saw your video and realized I had the junk lying around to replicate it to give it a shot. I'll say honestly my coils aren't any better, as i've been making the same coil for my daily vape for about 2 years give or take, but faster as I don't have to pinch and tweak them, huge success in further lowering my complications in vaping post reo, much appreciation to you in that regard.

Thank you. Yes, that is slick that you have an area all your own. any place that a wife doesn't venture will do. So basements, sheds, attics, whatever - I truly now understand. We need a place of our own. I'm just surprised it took me 9 yeas of living up here with a basement that's basically unused except for storage and by my daughter to take advantage of the fact that my wife hates the basement.

Oh, and I'm sorry if I misled you bro, my wife has ZERO interest in my vaping, my videos, my interactions with others here on ECF. ZERO. I have tried many times to discuss it with her and share my excitement about it and she could care less.

Part of me understands that she will only be happy if I were inhaling nothing but the other bigger part wishes she were interested in what I was up to.

What's funny is not long before I quit smoking my wife suggested I try ecigs. I pretty much laughed her out of the room saying something like "are you kidding? Who knows what's in those things - no thanks".

I should have listened. She has reminded me of that though.

And they never forget[emoji1]
