Hi Tallc, I now see the point which I had missed before. I was understanding that the two different equipment types where from two subsequent purchases,one being your purchase in which you asked for Joye products, and the second being your wife who went to pick up another kit at a later date. I failed to realize they swapped a broken
joyetech for a working no name product in the interim. I would return and do a face to face with your whole equipment arsenal and ask them to explain why you weren't given the option to have it replace like-for-like equipment. That said theres no for certain way to know the products without the branding are not actual joytech products so that will have to be addressed directly with the vendor and taken at their honor that they don't carry a "store brand" and was inadvertently(or purposely) switched with out giving you the option to object. If they are authorized joye retailers theres a good chance they only carry joye products. Good Luck. Letus Know how it goes.
