do you plan on making your own juice?? if you are then the money spent on 50+ nic base is worth it....

just think parts... 30ish nic made from 100 nic is going to be a 3 parts total mix.... 1 part 100 nic and 2 parts 0 nic = approx 33 nic be it ml or gallons the ratio is the part to remember.... you want 3ish nic? 30 parts total ...1 part 100 nic, 29 parts 0 nic = 3.3 nic

I want to order the nicotine but I am confused by all the options I like 3 mg nic level, can I order the 100mg and cut it down. there are so many options on the mg levels on the nic base I see other post regarding this but I am not sure I get it. sorry if this is a redundant post.
If you do cut it down with plain PG or VG you'll be diluting flavor as well.

IMHO, either order more juice (at your desired nic level) to save money or get into DIY juice.

You didn't ask, but I'll add 18mg seems to be the starting place for recently quit non-smokers using clearomizers. As you go along in your vape career you'll reduce that.

yes plan on making my on juice thanks for the info gonna order to 100 mg does the vg or pg matter when just buying the nicotine I already have pg and vg but the options on nic is pg vg as well

Congrats and welcome to ECF. DIY saved me a fortune (began 1 month after I started vaping) and more importantly opened up a whole new world. VG based Nic juice is thick and hard to handle- also has to be warmed before using to make sure nic is evenly dispersed. PG based is much better and can be stored in the freezer- triple bag it for safety. In the freezer should last a minimum of 3 yrs. What finished product PG/ VG percentage are you aiming for?

i would like to get 36%pg 64%vg at least that is what I have been buying and really enjoy it

50/ 50 PG/ VG would prolly be best for "your needs".
Just make sure:
- wear gloves and safety glasses- in the eye and a HUGE ouch.
- be focused, have notes, no TV or music or people talking.

Second quick method:
Shake bottle, open bottle and squeeze/ exhale air out of bottle.Place cap back on. Place in dark cupboard.
Next a.m. shake bottle, open bottle and squeeze/ exhale air out of bottle. Place cap back on. Place in dark cupboard.
Next a.m. shake bottle, open bottle and squeeze/ exhale air out of bottle. Place cap back on. Place in dark cupboard.
Next a.m. shake bottle, open bottle and squeeze/ exhale air out of bottle. Place cap back on. Place in dark cupboard.
Next a.m. vape.

Long "proper" method. Can take anywhere from 1- 4 weeks.Vid from highly regarded RiP Trippers talks about all aspects of steeping.

Hi Chris and welcome to the wonderful world of DIY. Not only does it save a bunch of money, but it is actually quite rewarding and fun. Here is a site that helped me when I began. They have some great calculators.

Lots of the clearer and fruit juices seem to be mostly shake and vape. Some of the darker juices and tobacco's definitely improve with steeping if you are patient enough for it. I never am. My idea of steeping is giving it a shake before I fill up and each time I do, I see improvements.

Depending on how far you have gotten in reading DIY, here are some great sites to get recipes.

I continue to get my vg and pg from Essential Depot and have been very pleased. http://www.essentialdepot.com/servlet/the-218/1-Gallon-Veg-Glycerin/Detail

Sorry I don't mean overload you with stuff, but I love trying to help. Lots of great people in the DIY threads that can help also if you have any questions. Also make sure you keep good notes on what you do and what you change to make a juice more to your liking. Good luck to you and happy mixing.
