If someone wants to be treated with respect, then they should show some respect. I've seen people come in here and say that the products taste like a double ess, call them disgusting and multiple other downright nasty things. That is not simply a negative comment that is just plain flat out disrespectful no matter where it is posted and I have no idea what they think anyone is supposed to say to something like that. For the most part, even these kinds of posts are answered respectfully by members here.
When I see this, it tends to shut down the niceness in me. I seldom see anyone fall through the cracks here unless they insist on falling through them with their own behavior. After all, those trying to help them are not paid employees of V4L, V4L is the business end of this forum, we're simply users and posters. Whatever time we invest here is voluntary.
There's not much we can do for anyone that doesn't like the taste of the juice, I've had plenty I didn't like, too, from many vendors, but I didn't come in here or go over to their forum and slam them for it, either. You take your chances anytime you order ejuice on whether you are going to like it or if you are not, it is not a returnable product. Anyone want to see my collection that I deem unvapable?
Perhaps the expectations from posters who are simply trying to help others here are set a bit too high. All we are able to do is relate our experiences to others as they've happened to us. And since we are here because we like the product for the most part and like this company, it is tough to see some of this stuff go on.
This place runs pretty smooth for the most part, but I've been here a few months and we've defiitely had some people in here trolling, this tends to set regular's teeth on edge at times. And no, I do not mean that anyone complaining about something is a troll. If you are new, stick around for awhile, you will know them when they come.
So this knife cuts both ways and I just thought I'd point that out.
