Hi,

Not sure where this shld go, but since its the newbie section, i'm trying my luck here.

I'm a newbie to this but am very interested in getting a PV.

Had been smoking for the past 15 years about 10 to 15 sticks a day currently and seriously wanna cut down on the intakes.

I had been searching ard on the web about e-cigarettes for months, but wasn't able to get hold of any. The ones ordered by my surrounding friends has some customs issue and was block and i'm now out of methods to get any.

I am really interested in getting a kit and visited a few links i saw in some of the signatures. Was wondering if its really just that easy by ordering on the web?

Finally i'm actually not sure to what is suitable for myself since i had no experience in this b4. I had friends who recommended Janty but then i really don't know the differences in the brands.

Sorry for the long post and i hope some1 here can help me out on this.

Thanks in advance. =)

zwong: ask yourself this few question and u will know what is suitable for you...

Have you tried e-cig before?
Do u know what's a atomizer/cartomizer/clearomizer/tank?
Do u know what's the different between 2 piece and 3 piece e-cig? i suppose 1 piece is those disposable type..

i think you basically need to know what u want from this 3 than u know which model u going for.. as far as i know brands doesn't really matter for the battery/on-off switch as for atomizer all this you just pick any random 1 and search for their reviews cause some do have leaks and the last thing u want is seeing ur e-liquid inside ur pockets or bags...

i could say that pick any model that you like.. for example u choose a kit with 510 meaning this kit can use all sort of 510 ato/carto... it's like a CPU with USB port u can fix any brands of mouse as long as it have USB cable... and do google search for the different between atomizer/cartomizer... etc. atomizer vs catomizer

i've done some reading, knew the basic difference for atomizer cartomizer clearomizer, 2 piece and 3 piece difference.
i had also tried an e-cig b4.. but then im not sure at that point what was it as it belongs to a friend and he too is new to this.

while not being able to try out the difference in the effects, i think i might have to choose something easy, less messy to start with, so i believe that would be a 2 piece cartomizer? correct me if im wrong.

yeah and ofcoz i wouldn't want to have the e-liquids in my pockets or bags hehe

My 2cents suggestion

Battery - eGO-T 650/900/1000mAh Manual Battery (larger number = longer time before you need to charge)
Quantity - at least 2
Approx. USD 13-16 each

Cartomizer - Boge 510D Empty Cartomizer (pack of 5, please choose the low resistance a.k.a. LR types)
Quantity - at least 2 boxes
Approx. USD 4 per box of 5

Driptip - any type that fits 510 (comes in Delrin/Silica/Aluminium/Chrome and loads of designs)
Quantity - up to you - can just buy 1 and use all the way or buy a couple to swap around based on your mood
Approx. USD 1+ per piece

Juices - just buy multiple flavors of 10-15ml to test out, gotta find those that are suitable for you. Nic level choose either 11-28ml to start off.
Approx. USD 2+ onwards depending on which brand and size

Hi to all seniors here. I am new to this. "Opened my eyes big" and managed to get a link to order my first device locally. Been doing some reading and realise that I really want a ProVari. However I will need to order it from overseas, but there is a chance our Big Brother might get to it before me. Any advice to get my hands on one will be appreciated. Thank you :)
