im looking at a ego, seems like a lot of good reviews on it. any tips?

I got an ego-c kit when I first started a few months ago. It doesn't use carts but instead little disposable atomizers.
I stocked up on those before I moved here and still have a few. I'm plenty satisfied with them, but from what I hear, I'm probably not getting nearly the experience that I could get with the vivi nova or even the stardust.
