Sounds like it can be made to work with some adaptations to the inside of the REO
im still a bit confused on the battery stuff
Is there a post somewhere that explains everything in detail?
Can we get this thing released yet?? It's been over 3 months since announcement! I think it's been through 3 round of Beta testing. For God's sake, people aren't expected to sit and drool forever, are we? I think a customer base has been established over almost 250 posts, here.
I've used several VV mods that helped me "dial-in" my sweet spot. I recently bought an awesome mechanical mod (Vmod XL). I reeeallly like it, except I need more Watts than it can provide. I'm happy when the batteries are fresh off the charger, but that soon diminishes and I'm stuck with, "Meh, it's good enough."
The Kick will give me what I need to finalized a happy vaping experience. Sorry if I seem a little perturbed, but I am. I've been watching and patient, but my patience has run out. C'mon already!!

But you'd probably be even more perturbed if Evolv hadn't bothered to do extensive testing and then rushed out a flawed product! When the Kick comes out, it is safe to say it is going be very reliable and deliver on it's promise. Evolv should be commended for their commitment to producing a quality product.
Heh, try to be thankful that it WILL be released. I've followed products for about a year and then watched as the project failed without a commercial launch.
I don't see how that is any more simple than my suggestion. I assume some soldering will be involved and you made no mention of how you would attach the wire to The Kick. I doubt you'd want to solder that. There are no wires inside my Grand and I like it that way. There are plenty of dings on the outside, so a little spot of bare metal on the inside won't phase me.

Yes, I've been there... It's tough watching as a project you're excited about flounders and disappears. Usually happens to the more adventurous and exciting products, too![]()

I'm not an owner of any Reo's BUT I do admire the beauty of it's mechanical design.....I just don't understand why someone would want to do this with their Reo....LOL. Seems to me kind of "counter culture" to what any Reo owner would ever consider doing......maybe I should own a Reo.....![]()
Looking forward to see if it works out for ya.I appreciate the explanation and can respect that......some di-hards I can see taking your membership card though but I ain't gonna tell....Looking forward to see if it works out for ya.

LOL...they are a good bunch and certainly loyal. There are several of us waiting for the Kick. Rob is also starting production of a VV Woody and then a VV grand using Buzz Pro electronics.
Membership card..hmm..I've been waiting a year for my Reo Secret Decoder Ring!! Still no luck.
At some point I'm gonna pick up a Grande (all black) due mostly to it's versatility BUT I would've already had a Woodvil if a wood combination that I really liked was ever in stock.....I'm daily browsing reosmods. As for now I can't get one due to recently ordering me a Darwin.....mods.....ya gotta love'em.....![]()
The Darwin, you got to love it, at least I do. Reos are nice, I never owned one. I thought about getting one, but they seem a bit pricy IMO. I'm sure they are worth it. I never tried a bottom feeder before. I would think about maybe getting one of those new things that turns any pv into a bottom feeder. They may be expensive though.
