I've been ordering from you guys for a while now and have about 7 215Mil bottles ordered and I have never had this happen to me, when I sent in a ticket asking for a replacement because this stuff seems toxic and this is what I get back on my ticket.
Hi Eric,
The industry continues to move towards improving electronic cigarettes to ensure that their use is as healthy as possible. Many manufacturers of nicotine have accomodated to this necessity by producing organic nicotine.
Your business with us is of great value, and we would like to continue a positive relationship with you. What we have noticed is that this organic nicotine requires a bit stronger of a flavoring concentrate compare to the partially synthesized nicotine. We would be more than happy to assist in mixing ratios and the like, however, as we are currently carrying organic nicotine, you would receive the same product that you have.
We apologize for any descrepancies or inconveniences that this situation may have caused you. We greatly appreciate your input in regards to the organic nicotine and will certainly be documenting with the intention of ensuring customer satisfaction by making potentially necessary and appropriate adjustments to the products that we carry.
Best Regards,
Sarah

Like I said before I have been ordering this stuff for months and I can tell you right now it has never smelled like this and it's clear they don't give a .... about replacing this or me as a customer, I just wanted to post this here and I'll be making post's about them anywhere I can to let the community know about how they will treat you as a customer.:(

I am contacting the manufacturer about this to find out if there is anything that can be done. In 2009, most of the nicotine available was natural, without any anti-oxidizers. Oxidation will cause it to turn dark and have the original nicotine smell. If you do a google search on what nicotine is supposed to smell like, it is sometimes described as fishy. Not a pleasant smell. This nicotine is the most pure nicotine we've ever - but the more natural it gets, the more it will smell and oxidize when exposed to oxygen.

What I am starting to learn from this is that customers do not necessarily prefer the 100% natural nicotine? They prefer a clear nicotine with very little odor.

If people prefer nicotine with anti-oxidizers, we will make this option available.

We sell primarily to small manufacturers of e-liquid who buy 100's of liters. When put in their final product, there has not been an issue. But from an end user point of view, perhaps there is another product that is more suitable.

I totally understand the frustration. And we are working on a solution as we speak.
