Yep,a good idea for sure,i may well relent and give it a go.
Just remembered,i think it was probably my 4th order ever that got looked at by customs,7 months ago,it contained 4 x 10ml bottles of Dekang 18mg,a box mod,a syringe and needle,they resealed it and sent it on,go figure!

Just check my package from China on EMS: Hand Over To CC in Vancouver.....Darn!!!! See what happen next week. If they seized it, I would fly over to Vancouver and flush them down the toilet myself instead of giving them to CC and let them vape for free.

Done that through the airport with dry food, told them to open the bag and tell them to throw into the garbage can. Ain't going to let them enjoy the food.

All of my orders being shipped EMS spend time at Customs. When Nic juice gets seized what do customs cite as the reason for seizure? It's kind of confusing when Suppliers are saying it's not illegal to import and buyers are posting about customs seizures. Unless they're talking about Customs workers having seizures. If that's the case, my sympathies.

Thanks, got my letter from HC this morning. They cite the C.01.045(1). Identical to yours. I'm waiting for a call back from an inspector. In the meantime I'm going to go over my list and find a Canadian mailed source.....poop!

so you only lost the shipping cost, I don't know if your postcode can get flagged but it's always a possibility. I did heard tho that if you get caught at the airport border with something illegal, you'll get search next time but don't even know if this is true as I don't know anyone where this happens.

That is true.
And not just "next time"... any/many times over, at least till 2-yrs.

I called the number for HC and was told:

Each bottle was a single dose.
I couldn't appeal.
Nicotine is a drug.

He contradicted himself a couple times and when I pointed it out he just laughed it off. In the meantime I ordered some from Ottawa.
I NEED A VAPE!...k, better.
