I've been vaping at 18mg since I started. It never bothers me at night...when I was smoking cigs I was always more of a chain smoking in the afternoon until I went to sleep.
i have 36mg 18mg and 12mg and just go with what i feel like, i know it when i have the 36 though. by the way thanks to the person for explaining the YMMV that's been bugging me for years. i never plan on quitting vaping unless something better comes along. but i don't think that is likely. vape on
Common thread I am seeing is there is none. Seems people go down and up, or up and down. Personally I was looking for better nicotine delivery system, but I would like to get it down as low as I can. Looks like you have to find what is right for you.
I was smoking 1 pack/day for 30 nyears. One year ago I started at 24mg. After 6 months I dropped at 18mg without effort. Last 2 months I am with 12and 6mg, depending on my mood. Even I've started at 3mg.
I don't know if I'll go all the way down to 0, anyway I don't care. Don't put pressure on yourself. Your body will tell you when to try a change.
Anyway this is more healthier and interesting than smoking
I DIY and vape whatever flavor and strength that fits my mood...
mostly 8,12 and 18mg/ml, but did make some 24mg for my eRoll
so i can stealth vape at work.
I'm not into quitting nic or vaping...
I will probably go out vaping in a cloud.
Smoked for 53 years 1.5 pad. Started vaping April, 2011. Vaped 12mg "store bought" joose, dropped to 10, started DIY about a year ago and dropped to 6. If the wind starts to blow toward FDA butting in I have a good stock of nic and flavoring and will drop to 3mg then to zero. If FDA drops the hammer I will be ready.
I started with the v2 cartos that came with the starter kit and I think the highest is 18mg. When I got my ego kit and liquid I moved up to 24mg and now I am vaping strong at 36mg and love it
I stopped smoking cigs just over two weeks ago and started at 12mg and down to 6mg this week but find myself vaping more and more. Just ordered some new 12mg e-juice to see if that cuts down the time vaping. I did notice chain vaping at 12mg gave me headaches.
Yes, it's been my intention to reduce nic since I started vaping.
I started at 24. Currently at 12. Switching to 6 soon. Hasn't been difficult so far. I still have some 18 that I tried out recently, but after vaping 12 for months, the 18 was way too strong for me.
I've been vaping for about six months at 18mg. Just started ordering 12mg and I'm going to see how it goes. I'm only doing it so I can chain vape some of my favorite flavors without getting a nic headache. Worried a little about throat hit as I vape mostly tobacco juice, but I'm just trying the waters with 12mg to see what the difference is.
I started at 12mg, now at 6mg after 6 weeks...it's been going well, but I feel that I'm chain vaping...I'd probably b doing the same thing with higher nic levels too
Some juices I got have good TH at 6mg and some don't...I guess it just depends on what flavor or brands you get. The volcano brand at 9mg hits hard and so does the EC blends.
I just can't do it. The Vermillion River stuff is totally weak.
Both flavors taste like Maple Syrup. 10 mg just doesn't cut it.
Good thing the samples were free.
eVo Whisper @ 24 mg in my Spinner, with a new CE4 is just perfect. Even @ midnight.
Started at 18, got vapers mouth the first week or 10 days and so tried 24 and threw in some 24 in my 18 stockpile. tried some 12 and so i'm now go back and forth between 12 and 18 and thinking of moving to 12 full time since if I vape too much 18 I get a headache and 12 I can just chain vape it away if I want since I've found a couple flavors that I like quite a bit. But I don't see a big deal either way, nicotine ain't too bad by itself
I have stuck with 36mg/24mg for the past year and have no intentions of coming down. I usually use the 36mg when I travel because I vape less w/it, I cannot get a throat hit to save my life lol
