Looking at the results of the best of ECF voting - it's plainly obvious that the results are (however fairly) skewed towards a rabid fan-base that is extremely passionate and protective of the liquid that resides in their atomizers all day, every day. It appears as though the only people who "give a ...." have Nicoticket in their signature. By default - that leaves a good number of people who were not sufficiently motivated to get off their asses and cast a vote. What does that communicate to a potential customer? If we took the accumulated votes of every vendor in his review, Nicoticket would *still* win by landslide. The question that needs to be asked is "Why didn't they bother?"
