If I get a craving, I tend to hold the vapor in my mouth for a few seconds, inhale it, then exhale slowly through my nose. I get more absorption that way and can feel the effect. If you just inhale and exhale quickly, then you won't get quite as much. At 24mg, I can get the nic OD feeling, but I have to work at it by vaping constantly.
You get much more absorption through the mucous membranes in the mouth, throat, and sinuses than through the air sacs in your lungs.
