Which Nicotine have you found to have no scent or taste and just awesome to use when making your sweet vapes like Custards. And which Nicotine base have you found that has come with its own essence of (peppery) or ? Also does it matter if it is in Pg or vg? Maybe one tends to have an unwanted flavor or scent.Any intel is appreciated..

All fresh Nic has a peppery odor..the fresher it is the stronger the smell,no matter what base it's mixed in,pg or vg. To eliminate it pour your Nic in a bowl with a large surface area & cover it with a paper towel & let it "breath" in open air 24-48hrs just prior to using it, of course in a dark area away from heat and light.

I use nic base from Heartland Vapes, and it is very good with no discernible peppery odor or flavor. I buy it in VG because it offers me the most latitude with the mix % I do, which is either 50-50 or sometimes 70PG 30VG. All 1.8% nic. The price is right too at $89 a liter, including shipping. I store it in it's original black container in my basement, which is cool and dark.

Nic has been getting cleaner since I've been here. Sometimes it worries me because I Know they have to use xtra solvents to make it so.

We at ECF fuss about the ingredients in the flavors- but there may be more in our nic than we think- or want.

On Topic- I think there are several places to go for consistently clean nic, but I've not heard of the same for Peppery. Seems either hit and miss, or per user's tolerances.

It's the solvents in the old nic that scares me. The newer nic that I taste, doesn't taste like I can run my car with it. CO2 is a mighty clean gas. ;)
