I recently found some nic that I forgot I had. It's PG nic from WL that I got in April of 14. Four 120 ml bottles, marked 1 (in a triangle) PETE on the bottom They've been in the freezer since I got 'em. So decided to mix one down to see how it had held up despite being in plastic rather than glass. Opened it, sniffed it. It seemed fine, no untoward odor. Poured into my mixing container, no visible color or darkening. Mixed up and 800 ml batch of 15 mg unflavored base. Tastes fine too.

I'm sure glass is better, but it looks like PG nic holds up pretty well in the freezer in PET plastic.

Before 8/8/2016 hit I received my last order of NN Armor v2, and 2L of NN PG, 4L of NN VG. I now have 8000ml of 100mg/ml in VG, and the VG/PG evenly divided and stored in freezers 30 miles apart on two separate electrical grids.

While I respect and admire your due diligence, I have to wonder if it's really necessary to do an "offsite backup" of supplies. I don't imagine that a few days without power (if that happens) would do much, if any, harm to the nic and other supplies.

On the other hand, if that's what it takes to give you piece of mind, then I completely understand. :thumb:

Yes but what if the zombies had control of one of those areas? He has a back up 30 miles away!

BTW If any one is looking for a nicotine storage vault, I picked up one of these from Homey Depo yesterday on sale at a good price.

I concur that power going out for a a while is not a threat to nic. But there are other reasons to disperse one's stockpiles.

Very true. Having a backup location like that can protect against fire, theft, natural disaster, and as @Capt.shay pointed out, the inevitable Zombie Apocalypse.

[Inner Voice]Hmmm... I wonder what zombies hopped up on 100mg nic would look like?[/Inner Voice]

I need room here at home for food and another 4000ml of nic(to be purchased at some time in near future), so I asked my folks if I could use some of their freezer and for now they were accommodating.

Oh! Wait... You're supposed to store FOOD in the freezer? No wonder my ice cream is always melting!

Hartland is having a 20% off sale and since they also have a couple of flavors I wanted I also have two liters of 100mg in my cart. I haven't heard any thing bad about Hartland, has any one tried it lately?

I haven't tried Heartland's regular brand but just a few weeks ago they added an Ultra Premium line (Chemnovatic brand from Europe) that I believe is the same nic that VT sells. It's also about $20.00 cheaper before the sale price.

Ultra Premium Nicotine - 100mg Liter

    EDIT: oops! correction $15.00 cheaper.

Decided to pull the trigger on a couple more liters for my new freezer (of the regular). I liked it when I had it before so I'm hoping it is about the same.
