Hi, I had been going trough some troubles and I constantly vapped 24mg and smoked a pak-2paks of analogs for days along with heavy drinking,
Wow hardcore insomnia, days and days of it, Now yesterday I realized that the vaping is doing the insomnia and the ringing in my ears. I have not vaped since then and I actually slept some last night,

How long for the ringing in my ears to go away? any way to speed up my body getting the nic out? Im drinking lots of water

I'm sorry for whatever you are dealing with in your life right now. :(

thanks for your care, I will be see the doctor this afternoon.

I have been smoking and vapping for about a month now, less than a pak per day, and i was getting ocasional ringing in ears.

I will try to keep the analongs at a minimum and I will not vape for the next few days.

Does anyone know,How does nicotine leave the body? urine? I am trying to drink a lot of water.

Heavy drinking= dehydration, heavy vaping= dehydration and if you're now slurping down the Java even more dehydration. Nicotine will also bring on tinnitus. I hope everything works out for you.
From another thread:
"I have experienced a bit of this myself and it all is from overly excited vaping. For me it is one of 3 things, all with a simple solution.
1. Base of the neck headache and ear ringing - vaped to much of too high nicotine. Solution: vape less or lower the nicotine.
2. Overall headache and a feeling of tiredness - dehydrated from vaping too much. Solution: Drink tons of water and have a couple pedialite popsicles (gatorade would probably work too).
3. Pressure behind ears - vaping suction has created the same pressure that happens when you blow up balloons. Solution: yawn
I am no doctor and don't pretend to diagnose anyone else. All of the above observations are based on my own experiences and resolutions."

More than 4 cups of Java and we become dehydrated. At 10 + cups per day + 36 mg Nic I found out the hard way and couldn't figure it out as I was drinking TONS of water. It was tough but now 2 cups regular and 2 cups decaf and things are back to normal. Again Good Luck and please keep in touch, Vapoor.

yeah combined with many many coffees and no eating and very little sleep, im luky to get through perhaps..

Drinking water, is what i need to do and see my doc

Thanks very much Adamzski. We all wish you the best of luck and hopefully things will return to normal.
Vapoor.

I went to the doctor, he just checked my ears and said there is nothing wrong. I still have this ringing and I smoked about a pack and half of cigs today with no vaping, im going to try and sleep now and will force myself to drink a liter of water now.
