Since I no longer call myself a noob or rookie or any other of those things anymore...I still have a ton of questions about things but one can not learn if one doesn't ask questions...I do still feel like some of my questions are answered with disdain or that I should already know the answer if I am in a particular forum.

The folks in here I feel very comfortable with. I also feel that I could ask any a question and get an honest answer that won't make me look like a fool. I am quite good at making myself look a fool.

Thank you

Between flattery and admiration there often flows a river of contempt. To those who hold that contempt towards our little world, I hold up my middle finger in solute and let them know that I think they are number one too!

A whole flock of fingers works also ....I found that out when people try to kill me on my motorcycle.....looks like I'm waving away....but you get the flock thing lol

People are down right rude out in the open forum when you mention NT liquids. REO's too. :censored: but I do know how to take care of myself lol carry on.

Tracey

I know what you mean about the Reo thread. The success of the Reo, while great for Rob, has really changed Reoville, and NOT for the better. I still lurk around there and will post on occasion, but most of my time is spent here and in pdib's thread.

I just shake my head. They get the message :)

I don't have people pulling out in front of me anymore. They can hear me coming better now :)

I'm pretty sure the attitude is coming from really WANTING to like what they had, but for whatever reason it didn't work out. I actually understand that feeling, because I felt like that when I first tried NT. I couldn't taste much, but that was due to my own lack of knowledge, because that issue was completely fixed for me once I had the juices burning hot enough and with the right coil.

That being said, had I not discovered that and just plain didn't like it, I certainly wouldn't have been completely immature about it and dissed anyone talking about NT. There's other vendors here that I honestly think are horrid that I refuse to name because I know there's plenty who like them. To each his own!

In my youth, (as much as I hate to admit it now) I used to tuck a few used spark plugs in my leathers for this.

I love when "they" wander in to our little world and chime in on topics that don't really concerned them. However, I too like to jump in and spread the NT/reoville gospel in other threads. It is not always well received, and I could care less lol.

I like my NT juice and I like my reo and I'll tell ya all about it!

I am always watching out for bikers on the road. Give them plenty of space, pause to let them in etc. One time a very out of control driver was tailgating a biker who was flashing his brakes, slowing down a lot and when that jerk swerved to get around the biker at a light I gave the biker a thumbs up then gave him the space he needed till we parted ways no matter the crap people were giving me behind me.. As I was getting ready to turn he waved at me and returned my thumbs up.

I'm always outraged at people who refuse to be mindful of a biker or a bicyclist. And it is always some jerk in a big vehicle, and I'm not talking commercial trucks.

The two rules I always ride by...(1) Air is no protection and (2) Ride as though you are invisible. With that being said, there are many foolish cyclists on the road both motorized or non motorized as well. Unfortunately, the fools often end up learning the hard way. This statement applies to those who ride on four wheels as well.
