Today is DAY 8 for me after 40 years smoking, and no withdrawls but ........ I am walking around the kitchen like I want to eat something but can't figure out what. I am craving meat, then I crave bread, but don't really feel like eating them when I see them (if that makes sense).
I still haven't found a good yummy juice so maybe that's it .....

Nicotine isn't the only drug in tobacco. You could be craving those other alkaloids.

If this doesn't go away, and you find yourself vaping like crazy and not getting satisfaction, and you find yourself drifting back to to the analogs to find it....

Check out "whole tobacco alkaloids"

Wait a few days to see. Research this. Only go this route if you really need it. It's not for everyone.

Edit: I think I'm posting under the post I'm referring to, and you guys drop half a dozen posts in between:vapor:

I have to agree with the majority here and say no withdrawals at all. I am a bit different as I was dipping and analog smoking some. As an electronics geek I think I am going to try building my own vaping rig this weekend.

Oh and to those that say analog cigs taste bad now imaging taking the tobacco out and putting it in your mouth ;-)

Have you checked out the Modding forum? :D

Well, I had withdrawal! It was very frustrating to me to read all the posts from people who started vaping and never wanted an analog from day 1. It took about 6 weeks before I was totally off the analogs. That was over 2 months ago. Now I don't even need the nicotine, I've been using 0 mg juice for about 3 weeks. I guess everyone is different and has a different experience. I think it's wonderful that you haven't had any withdrawal. For those who do, don't worry about it. Do what feels right for you. Just know that vaping does work to quit the analogs. Everyone's experience is different. We're all in a better place :)

Wow catmom, that's fantastic. Did you taper down on the nicotine?

I started at 12 mg, then switched to 6. There were two factors that helped get me down to 0 so quickly though. First, I had trouble with coughing. It seemed really strange that I could smoke a cigarette, even if it was ultralight, and not cough, but I coughed every time I inhaled the vapor. So I immediately dropped my nicotine level to 6 to see if that would help. It did, but I still coughed some. The real reason I ordered anything with 0 nic at first was because I loved Bloog's chocolate cartos, and they were completely sold out except for 0 nic. I went out of town for 5 days with a 5 pack of the Bloog chocolate at 0 mg and some other cartos at 6. I vaped the 0 nic chocolate the whole time and had no issues. Maybe it was never the nic that I was addicted to in the first place. I knew it was never JUST the nic.
