Well, all that we could really give here is our opinions. My opinion is that it would not be a good idea. There are other options available to help you cope with your anxiety. I just don't agree with anyone vaping other than to quit smoking cigarettes. JMHO

Im a smoker with anxiety who loves to snack. I have snacks that i consider freebies. I can eat as much as i want of it and not feel guilty or like im eating myself to death lol. I eat fruit or veggies that i love. Chewing gum also helps with my anxiety and snacking. I am pre diabetic and a young cancer thriver so i have anxiety....which is why im still a smoker. I will be honest vaping does not help my anxiety just like smoking or eating doesnt. It may work for you but have you tried other things? Like blowing bubbles. I know why you think vaping might help, you have to take deep slow breaths and you would be meeting the hands to mouth motion. If you think about it blowing bubbles does the same thing. It works.

Thank you everyone, to answer a few questions I am on meds for the anxiety and I do have yoga stretches and tea to help me. Vaping would just be an occasional thing like when I'm away from home. Maybe once or twice a week. I really like the fact that there are many flavors and plenty without nicotine and playing with the smoke and learning tricks just interest me.

Hmmmm there are some flavors that are flower infused like tea. How about trying serenity e-liquids? Tried and it's relaxing really.
One of my favorites is Lotus Petal by Bamboo Elixir. It is a kiwi and peach tea with hibiscus. If Teavana started making e-juice, it would taste just like this.

FWIW, I have a friend who started vaping and ever since she has been able to quit smoking other "stuff" and she has been able to halve her dosage of Xanax.

some suggestions for what it's worth re anxiety, deep breathing exercises ( if anxiety is related to breathing issues) also physical activity ie walking running - physical activity such as walking briskly running etc increases endorphins which may assist with anxiety (scientific fact -runners high) some questions -is the anxiety specific to certain activities or is it kind of free floating? I vape and it does assist with my anxieties ( I use nic in my liquid) BUT I smoked tobacco for 40 years and self medicated my anxieties and tension However there are numerous ways to explore re dealing with anxieties -journaling can be helpful in order to determine cause. best to you

Sound interesting, the Serenity e-juice on the other hand is a rose/hisbiscus blend with menthol.

Share to me/us the experience! :) I don't wanna preemt the feeling but i'll share how it taste when you tried it. :)

I definitely will give a few of the juices suggested a try. I found that i love tea juices and light floral ones as well. I'm excited to try the rose menthol because I'm a menthol addict! My first juice was just pure menthol.

I will try the ones that come in sample size first. There was one i looked at but it only came in 15ml size and that scared me.

I have to agree with the others... If you can avoid vaping altogether, then do it. However, if you MUST vape, I don't believe 0 nic will do it for you.. If you think a bit of nicotine will help, then I suggest going the absolute lowest you can get... 3mg preferably... and if they don't have 3mg, then get 6mg and dilute it with half VG.

If you can stay away from nicotine, then stay away.

I am thinking g about trying vapes to help me calm down when I begin to have anxiety attacks as apposed to eating high amounts of junk food. I know there isn't much research and that this could be harmful. I'd be Vaping only 100% VG juice. I just wanted to get some people's opinions on if they think I should try Vaping or not.

First of all, are you a smoker? Do you use nicotine in any other form--smokeless tobacco, snus. etc? Do you plan on using 0 nicotine ejuices?

Also, why 100% VG? Any particular reason?
