I am thinking g about trying vapes to help me calm down when I begin to have anxiety attacks as apposed to eating high amounts of junk food. I know there isn't much research and that this could be harmful. I'd be vaping only 100% VG juice. I just wanted to get some people's opinions on if they think I should try vaping or not.
There aren't any ingredients in vape that will help with anxiety. I'm not sure if everybody is this way, but for me, when I vape dessert or sweet flavors, it just makes me crave the real thing - so I end up putting down the vape and eating. I've found that having tangerines around is great for avoiding junk food. They are portable, they are sweet, they're a good source of natural Thiamin (b vitamins for stress), you can chew the pulp, you can make them last by eating one section at a time, if you have three you can juggle them, and they freshen your breath and help clean your teeth. And when my teeth feel clean, I don't want to eat junk that will stick to them and make them all furry feeling
