Noob question about a new build.

Hey, so I just got introduced to vaping, I was turned off to it when I tried those like, whatever, njoy 9.99 e-cigs that hit like nothing and sucked, and ended up costing me more than cigarettes, so I just put it out of my head, at work, one of my regulars who's a bloog distributor let me try his bloog 650 and I bought one from him for cost on the spot, and I've basically fallen in love and I dove head first into this gigantic community that I had no idea existed for vaping. I love my bloog 650, but I wanted to get a second pv, and have spent countless hours doing research, reading reviews, watching reviews.

The bloog 650 has a 1.6ml clearomizer with a single coil long wick atomizer.

I wanted my second build to move to a bit more supported battery, and I settled on the ego twist because it's not expensive and everyone seems to love it.

I also wanted to move up to a dual coil set up and I've been researching like crazy, and I think I settled on the smoktech pyrex dct v2.

As I've read, the dct v2's carto has a tiny hole and I tend to chain vape my non nicotine juices, which are usually 30/70 vg/pg and so I think Ill need to get a different carto, and so I was wondering what carto would be suggested.

So my questions are: 1, does the build sound okay and compatible. 2, which carto is recommended, preferably pre-punched as I have no idea how to go about doing that, unless it's not hard, in which case not pre-punched will work. 3, would you recommend a different battery or tank?

Any input or alternative recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I think a carto tank would be a nice improvement for you. I would avoid dual coils though because I feel the Twist does not have enough power to properly run them. You can still get a dual coil tank, or DCT, and put a single coil carto in it and be just fine with the Twist. I have not used the smoktech pyrex dct but people do and I have heard good things about them. I would use LR Boge F16 cartomizers with it at 2.0-2.4ohms like these. I don't know if that is a good price, just wanted to show you what I was talking about. Your juice at 70% PG is thin and should work well with the one hole.

There is also a video on that page showing you how to fill them for first use. This is very important. Get it wrong and you will trash the carto quickly. Baditude has some great cartomizer information on his blog here which covers a lot of cart stuff. You can do much worse than to read that. I also suggest you get a 'Slap Yo Moma' carto tool. Baditude has a video on the blog showing how to use them and they are pretty cheap.
