Yes that is low, but 0.19 on that battery should give you more run time than that. IMO, there is something else going on here more than simply building too low for a battery.

I think your OP autocorrected but is it the COIL art Mage Tricker you got?
If so, be sure to watch THIS VIDEO. He's a great reviewer and he goes over some issues specific to that mod, or possibly issues specific to one of the color options of the mod. It's possible one of those problems is causing the low run time, but it does seem to be something else.
Where did you buy that battery? Authentic Samsung 25Rs are great batteries but there are a lot of fakes.
Personally, I only buy from IMRBatteries or LiionWholesale. There's at least one other big battery seller that people really like who I'm not thinking of right now.
