NOT good mixes

Since I have yet to be able to come up with a smashing can't stop vaping it recipe, I thought I would at least say what has NOT been a good mix of flavors (for me). LOL.

TPA Sweet Tart and TPA Cotton Candy (Circus). Not sure what exactly this taste like except to say ACK! These two flavors are not good together IMO. Not in my mix at least.

What flavors have you mixed together and it came out worse then awful?

OMG, that TPA Kona coffe is something else, isn't it? I couldn't get the smell of it out of my nose for quite a while. Linda says that some folks like it though. To each their own.

AND, just to put a cherry on it, I hate coffee and was only working with it for my sister who raved about the drink of the same name she had while in Hawaii...whew...

I have a bottle of TPA Kona coffee. I have not been brave enough to try it based on the smell alone. And I LOVE coffee (as if no one had a clue from my avi). But that Kona one smells like...umm...what's the word.

Another coffee flavor I got as a sample is Cafe Napolean from DIYFS. Strange strange taste to me. I believe it has some good reviews though. IDK. I didn't care for it. That test went down the drain.

Try adding some Bavarian cream and a little Ethyl Maltose to take the curse out of Kona coffee.

LOL! Kona coffee! That one was so strong I had to double wrap it in plastic and bury it at the bottom of a drawer. It was making all my other flavours tainted through the sealed bottles. Dunno what is in that but by crikey it is potent!

I love it...I make a bb kona that's great.....I use it sparingly tho...lol

I like Lorann's keoke coffee but some people don't - the best coffee flavoring I've used (and the only one I use any more) is the one I extract myself. I speed-steeped a decent French roast in straight VG and strained it through a coffee filter. For a first extraction effort it turned out great.

So far it seems to be pretty coil- and packing-friendly. No sediment in the bottle I can see, and I imagine a storebought coffee extract has the same oils in it. I will say it takes quite awhile to strain VG through a coffee filter

I was testing my individual fruit flavors yesterday in pg/vg. Once I tasted them I poured various 3ml btls of the fruits into one bigger btl. HA...this morning I have a nice tasting juicy fruit gum like juice. 0 nic, but that's ok. I'm going to let it steep and see what happens. It may end up being another NOT good mix. So far so good though.
