I think they should find some friends/family or volunteers that know how to do these things and keep the current site up to date while the other guy works on the new one. There's probably very few people wearing lots of different hats and just can't get it all done. We're lucky Red is there now.

why i cant do anything either

I take that back I cant do much I'm still getting my feet wet.

I Love Freedomsmokesusa!!! I buy their Menthol Ultra and I get 1X flavoring to increase it. I smoked Kools and this one satisfies me. They also have a Menthol Arctic. I tried it. It was good. But more of a slightly sweet menthol tobacco flavor. I also got that one in 1X. They have a ton of flavors over there and they are awesome!!! Check them out.

Alright who do I have to call.

Here's who you could call:

We are not open Sat and Sunday...please feel free to call Mike tomorrow morning at 9am Phone: (732) 888-2999 x711
Mobile: (732) 492-1122

I am going to suggest a Bloog calling campaign to get the attention of Bloog’s owners, so hopefully they will begin to address the many issues we have been discussing on this sub-forum. I'm not sure how aware the owners are of these issues, because they aren’t active on this sub-forum, which is a problem in itself.

Mike Coughlin is the most active owner/partner of Bloog. As you can see in the post quoted above, nycsublimegirl provided Mike’s cell phone number – 732-492-1122.

I hope you will join me in calling Mike to express your concerns. It’s like calling your congressperson or senator about an issue you feel strongly about. I’m calling because I want Bloog to be successful, and I also want the company to do justice to, and live up to, the quality products Leaford is producing. It is a shame to see a business with such good products being managed, and treating customers, in such an abysmal way.

Below is the list of things I want to discuss with Mike. You may not agree with all the items, so only discuss with him the areas that are of concern to you. Also, feel free to add to the list, as I know I haven't included all the issues, and I would appreciate being reminded of the other concerns I could discuss with Mike.

1) How they are currently handling it when people order out-of-stock items is really NOT working. They either need to find a way to not allow out-of-stock items to be ordered, or they need to have someone from CS call the very next business day after the order is placed to inform the customer of the out-of stock situation, and to ask the customer what they want Bloog to do about the rest of the order.

2) They need to send order confirmations the very next business day after an order is placed.

3) Shipping should occur within a clearly defined period of time after an order is placed, and shipping confirmation e-mails should be sent the same day order is shipped.

4) The new website must have these features: The system needs to send an automatic order confirmation e-mail instantaneously. And the system should not allow out-of-stock items to be ordered (this will also cut down on the work the CS staff has to do).

5) Why is it taking so long to get the new website up and running? What can they do to speed it up.? If they are trying to do it on the cheap, don't. Do what needs to be done to get the new site completed and operational within the next 2 weeks.

6) Bloog must have someone live to answer the CS phone lines during business hours, and enough CS staff to answer all calls and e-mails within 24 hours of receipt.

7) Get more staff on the sub-forum. There really needs to be a consistent owner presence on the sub-forum. Red and Leaford cannot do it all.

8) Get current errors corrected on website ASAP (green battery picture needs to replace current blue batt picture; pass-thru battery needs to be added to the site as a separate item. (there are probably other things I haven’t noticed.)

9) Kit prices needs to be adjusted so that kit prices are lower than if you purchase the individual items separately. And this needs to be done without raising the current prices of the individual items.

Well, that's my suggestion. I hope many of you will join me, and call Mike to discuss the issues you are most concerned about. Thank you.

Funny, how alot of the people writing here, own their own business. I do to.. So many dont take the excuses given, as valid answers.. All that new site hoopla, isnt a very good one either..

Red i know theres a place for humor, and i love sarcasm, but reading this thread, and seeing someones q get a mock answer from an employee, and then answered properly by a customer, doesnt look good..

If i were in the US and had choices, think I might go order my stuff at someone elses, and just come here for the fun on the forum...Hope you guys get it together, manu also. Just not so much you get sole dealership from the stuff, but hope Bloog can survive all these problems.. I never cared for confirmation emails or stuff like that, cus always got my stuff, sooner or later. But now Ive been promised a replacement kit, sent Tuesday of last week. Bloog didnt have it til friday, so maybe im "lucky" and it shipped out yesterday... who knows? I shure dont...

can we finally get an eta on when the juices may be in? i've asked in like 7 threads and my question is overlooked every time :( just trying to figure out if it's gonna be a couple weeks, a couple months, or more like at the end of the year.

I asked the same thing, the same way, and it didn't get answered either. Must... have... 555 :|

Frankly, I hate to give ETAs because they slip. Really, I thought we would have had them by now, I was planning it for right after CNY, but I ran into a couple of unexpected delays. I think the major hurdle has been cleared, but I've still got one smaller obstacle to overcome. Hopefully, I will be able to get a liquid order moving by the end of the week, and MAYBE completed within two weeks after that. So within a month. I hope.

newport 100's but i'm not necessarily looking for that flavor, idk...

Hey, I just started vaping a week and a half ago and if you were looking for a menthol taste that emanates a newport I would recommend the NuPort E-juice from NHaler. It's obviously not exactly the same but it's a great menthol.

Thanks! Even May is better than December. Just good to know it's happening as quick as you can manage. You are going to use Analog's label, right?

Honestly, I am having a hard time deciding between a couple of them. Once I have the other hurdles cleared I'll either force myself to choose, or put it up to a vote. ;)

Ah, hell, forget that, I'm gonna put it to a non-binding vote right now! :thumb: Go to the thread to vote!

Another business owner...agree with everything written.....24/7 to keep present customers happy. If I were new to Bloog and saw this thread I'd be looking elsewhere. Still waiting for my replacement PCC.....and hoping that other vendors DO come up with something as good as the Bloog batteries and carts.

BTW-took a hit of a BLU from someone last night.....really horrible....and it was the new BLU.

Actually, in some states you can charge the card 90 days out but in most you can do it within 30 days with no legal issues with the individual, the bank or the card processor. It is an urban myth that you can't process a card if you don't currently have the stock on hand or if the shipment isn't scheduled to ship immediately.

Additionally, when you visit a site, join it or make a purchase it is assumed that you are accepting their Terms of Use. According to those terms, Bloog is within their rights to charge you immediately whether the stock is on hand or not. This is standard language to prevent frivolous litigation and to protect the interests of the company when they can't "see" the person when he/she walks into their store to make a purchase.

Now, if you represent having product that you will NEVER have then that is fraud and is a separate issue.

***Leaford, I should point out that your privacy policy does not currently meet the minimum standards, though this is quite common in the e-commerce community. Just an FYI.***

OK, please tell me more. I'm not aware of the issues in this area.

I am not a lawyer so I do agree I may be wrong and yes my original post was wrong so I looked it up.

Its called The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. According to the FCBA if you promise a delivery date you have to ship by then otherwise it is 30 days from order.

"Mail or Telephone Order Rule

By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving it.

If the company is unable to ship within the promised time, they must give you an “option notice.” This notice gives you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a prompt refund.

There is one exception to the 30-day Rule: if a company doesn’t promise a shipping time, and you are applying for credit to pay for your purchase, the company has 50 days to ship after receiving your order."

In addition, many credit card issuers have policies against merchants charging a credit card account before shipment. If you think a merchant charged your account prematurely, report it to the credit card issuer. Otherwise, the credit card issuer has no way to know that the merchant is not complying with its policies.

ps. I am not implying Bloog does this. I am just making a general point so people know they have rights when it comes to mail and internet ordering.
