With Thanksgiving being over a few hours ago thought I might pass this on. Little background so bare with me. My dad's sinuses/allergies have been sensitive to cigarette smoke for as long as I can remember. Not just smoke sets them off but stuff like perfume/after shave. With the perfume/after shave the "little dab will do ya" is OK. Being in my 40's now I have gotten the same way, grew into my allergies instead of having them as a kid. Plus smoking has bothered my step mother ever since I met her back in the early 80's.... Neither one of them would seriously harp on me about smoking except for an occasional comment about not liking it.
Anyway was down their place for Thanksgiving. My car has a problem and didn't want to try my luck with a 120mile round trip. My father has an engineering background, so on the way down brought up the e-cig. Talking about battery life and such.
My step mother was having problems trying to print something on her computer so I was trying to figure it out. Asked her if I could vape and explaining that it didn't burn anything or smell. So rest of the night I was allowed to vape in their condo
On the way home was a little bit chilly, not as cold as it usually is in Northern Ohio in late November. Force of habit from smoking I cracked the window (would have never even asked to smoke in the car with my dad when I did smoke). Plus when I vape in my car it tends to fog the windows up. So my dad ends up saying that he couldn't smell anything and the cold was bothering him.
