I know that look - If you cleaned your wick and coil assembly, but didn't put the rubber piece back on...its causing the problem. Or if it isn't all the way down over the wick/coil assembly. One thing to test is that if you tip your tank upside down, does juice leak out? If so, you may want to look for that rubber piece or replace your wick. I would post a pic if I was at home. The best I can do is link to a site that has a good picture for an example Look here for a picture example
It means that the vapor is leaking back in the tank, typically through the seal under the mouthpiece or, you are using an odd juice with an ingredient that has a low evaporation point (it can boil within the tank).
I used to do that when I was getting vapor creation problems. After moving to RBA's (RSST Rocks) it's no longer an issue. it's not going to hurt if you leave it that way, but it could leak like a sieve if it was laid down or tipped over.
