Didn't make morning so good afternoon Fran, Bov. Weather says it's 90 here but atm my thermometer is showing 98 in the shade. Think I'm going to come inside for a while. Take a cool shower and maybe a 30 minute power nap.
Not as cool as you Fran, but a cool and rainy day here as well. I'll take 65 this time of year any day I can get it 
Hot humid and rainy off and on today here.
My radiator is being replaced tomorrow. I really did not need this expense right now and it burns my .... to know that valvoline is the reason for it.
I might just call them up tomorrow and give them a piece of my mind...

Darn, sorry to hear that, Tracy. That kind of stuff always comes at the worst possible time for me as well. Calling them is the least you should do. If you have any kind of proof at all, file a claim against them in small claims court. You don't need a lawyer to do it.

I used to give people a piece of my mind but lately I don't have enough left to spare.
If they're a chain/franchise with a cs number you may get better results calling that Tracy. Local shops tend to sluff you off more. I'm with @salemgold on the small claims court. Just have to weigh how much the radiator costs to see if it's worth taking time off work and driving expenses etc..
