Well Mark I can't offer any advice but good luck with that !!!!

Bought a pair of rubber boots at the Tractor Supply Thursday...Were 39 and I got them for 18 out the door...so good. Tried them out yesterday and got the rock wall lining the creek sorted out and all the rocks I had added...Pretty beat down atm as some of those rocks were over 100lbs. and that creek has a high suction muddy bottom...I was dreading it but check it off....20 tons of sand/clay sitting on top of what I had pretty much leveled out...I worked that out to where I need to remove the rest of the 20 tons so I can fine tune the whole shooting match....I'm gonna pile it across the creek and then I can add where needed until I get a final compacted area that blends with everything else around....Get that somewhat finished and then that damn drain line goes in...Resting today and likely tomorrow as a cold front is approaching...Not here yet as it's 60* and light rain....Supposedly in the 30s by dark with thunderstorms and high winds expected....Yay !!!!

We have the Pineapple Express running through the Bay Area. They are worried about mud slides in the North Bay where those devastating wild fires were this last summer.... We are about 130 miles south of the Bay Area and we are going to get about half an inch in the valley. But they could get up to 2" up in Yosemite. There were floods last month down the mountain with about 5 perished and expecting still more. The rain is melting the snow creating more floods, but worse we need snowpack to carry us through the summer :(

Hi all!

It looks like the Pulse 80W is getting closer. VapeHappy tossed out a first look YouTube yesterday on a Sample. It seems to be a pretty good implementation.

I checked with Tony, the unofficial word is late April for release to resellers. That would be about a two week stretch compared to the original planned release (using the Gene), pretty fast given having to redo things for the chip swap.

After digging up and moving those rocks from one side of the creek too the other I've been on break....Weather was also rather harsh the last couple of days...Good news from Cuzzo is there's a dump truck load of rip rap{large grey rocks} at his old burned out shop...City left them there on his property and I've got permission to take what I want....I'll use those to retain the fill I'm adding...Hey....It's good exercise....1 rock at a time...

Just took a deposit on Mom's car....2 dudes to call at 10am....One swears he's buying and the other hasn't seen it....Dude that swears demands other dude gets second chance....Well it's 12:23 and the swearing dude lost out...I hope he does call so I can give him advise about doing what you said you were gonna do...

Whirlwind day here...Started with giving Mom a ride to Sis' school so Sis could take her too the Doc...Left there and secured the money for 22 tons of sand/clay...Then hit a spot where a dump truck load of rip rap rocks were dumped years ago...Got a load on the bank trip and 2 more loads after...16 miles from the house 1 way...So three loads of rocks and then sold Mom's car and all that went along with that....Had to be home to accept delivery of the sand clay mix...Somehow I juggled all that and tomorrow gonna haul rocks all dang day....Pretty sore from that rock sheet already....hey....they free

Here's hoping your Hubs feels better tomorrow Fran !!!

3 more rock loads today...I coulda' done 4 before dark but ran outta steam...1 or possibly 2 loads left and they will be there Monday....I got a Hella pile of rocks in stock....

Back when I ran and worked the clubs there was always home base...the Flaming Mug in Fayetteville, NC. Closed over 20 years now. Tomorrow is the second annual reunion at the now country Cadillac Ranch former FM...Some boys I toured the Southeast with are playing together for the first time in a long time at 6:30...All this rock hauling I guess I'll sit and watch this time....

Sunday we had a for real monsoon...Some areas had 4 inches of rain...not sure what we got but it was a lot...Finished hauling rocks on Monday....my rock pile was sitting in water so I threw 2 truck loads at it from dry ground....Still sore from 10 dang loads of rocks....Tuesday morning we had a frost advisory....Gonna be 80* today and temps moderate past that....With all the water I've put the rocks and fill project on hold until it dries out a little...Switching gears today and servicing the lawnmower....The grass is outta hand and no way I'm cutting with last years oil still in my engine....Still trying to get that battery for the beach mower....That Cub Cadet will eat a regular battery and the one I had in it lasted 11 years....Made by Deka in the USA and hard enough to score that I may just forget about it and go with an off the shelf battery.....
