I’ve had two full mugs already!

Been busy too. They’ve asked me to manage the shop I work in so because it came with a raise, I said yes! The two long time employees we had there both had other job opportunities come at the same time and left in mid February. They trained two knuckleheads to replace them before leaving but.....asshats is what they turned out to be. Theft, (which I made them pay for) continual lateness, last minute call outs, etc. Sent them packing and hired two new employees, just started end of last week.
The mall we are working out of is dismal with an unknown future for sure...scouting out a new location in case we need to move.

That’s why I haven’t been around as much. I’m still reading though!

Sloshing around in the creek toting dang rocks and such got my knee to hurting and swelling...Heavy rains the last 3 days provided a much needed rest...Knee feeling OK now...Gotta dig deeper into the rock pile to find some flat rocks to finish off the top of the retaining wall....Then a little more fill with the tractor and I get to finally install that drain line and seed some grass over the whole shooting match....

Last I saw the remote for Mom's garage it was still clipped to her car's that I sold last week....I'd delayed switching to the new I Phone until the car was sold so I could communicate easily with customers on a known device...So new phone and deleted texts from the purchaser....After multiple attempts I got the purchaser to call me back....Said he didn't think he had the remote and didn't call back when he said he would. I know damn well he's got it and I also know damn well his cop ... saw what was in that garage....I was worried I couldn't erase the code in the opener but I can and did....Gonna purchase a key fob remote and add it to my tractor's key ring....So good there and I don't plan on contacting that lying ... cop again....He gets caught snooping around here he's gonna have problems like he's never seen....Bet that....

Rock moving is hard labor for sure! I’ll bet it’s nice once you’re finished with it though.

My pond liner (vinyl) is cracking and leaking and I’m not sure I can find another the same size/shape as it’s old now. I’ll be moving lots of rocks myself soon and not looking forward to it either! Plthhhhh

Went out too Lowes and grabbed a key chain garage door remote....Just as I was about to surely be condemned too Hell the programming worked and the door started working....Now redneck as they come I've got a garage door remote on my tractor key....

Gotta make a run too Wally's and grab some motor oil and hopefully a couple of I Phone chargers...Took Mom too the dentist today at 1pm....the appointment was yesterday at 1pm....SONOFABEECH!!!!!!!! Gonna redo that on Monday...Ran errands the rest of the day and couldn't make the parts store to grab a lawnmower battery...Not the battery I ordered but Deka emailed the store and said give me a regular battery and when the one I ordered is made they will swap....Automotive style batteries are only made by 3 US companies....2 are crap and then there's Deka....Said to be running non stop and falling farther behind by the day....

Dee, we had a bit over 3 inches of rain out of that system as it moved thru here. Glad you're about finished with that retaining wall...and glad you got the garage code changed!

The house was cute, but would take far too much money to bring it up to livable. Nice siding on the outside can hide a host of big problems! I knew the roof needed work, but the hole went right thru to the dining room. Wall in the utility room rotted thru to the siding on the outside, mushy subfloors everywhere. The screened porch was great tho

Got another one to look at Monday.

We patched the pond and although it’s holding more water than it was since we noticed the leak, it’s still freakin leaking!
I need to scout out pond supply places and hopefully find the exact one to replace it with. Ugh

Thanks Fran. I am just wanting to NOT make a big project out of it if I can help it. Bo has wanted to make it bigger for years now but I think it’s the perfect size for the area it’s in. If I don’t find that exact insert, I’m afraid he will use this opportunity to “go big or go home!” ***cries***

Wow! I really didn't realize how long I had been gone from here. No time to catch up now but I should have been here months ago to Welcome Bov to SC!!!!!

I had the worst year of my life last year and truly had nothing but gloom and doom to share. So, I just kept to myself mostly.

I do want to catch up here and I will be back to try and do just that.

Congratulations to Bov and Tracy from what I am reading here on the last page.

Boy that house is out there....you just gotta find it.....Happy house hunting !!!

We've got an arsonist in my immediate area....Burned a house last week and set fire to a couple of people's yards where the pine straw was thick....They catch them I suggest gas and a match....Rocks nearly sorted....just a little fine tuning and deciding if I want one more lap on top sticking above grade...Smoothed and added gravel where my drive meets the road yesterday...Oil change in both my trucks today...Prepping for the trip to cut the beach grass and bring the beach mower here to service it...I get that grass cut then it's finally time to install that septic drain line....Then a little fine tuning of all the new dirt and some grass seed....Trust I'm gonna pull up a chair and watch that grass grow....All this hustling has worn me down...

MadVapes is large in my area with many B&Ms...They sent a link a couple of days ago with 980+ or - MLs of juice....Said the juice was pourable....I've seen several juice vendors offering "pourable" juice....I noticed the MV's juice was 0% Nic...Just what the Hell is "pourable" juice....I mean it's liquid....You can pour any of it...
