Wharf I get these micro fiber towels from the Sam's Club and use them for a ton of things....The price is right and those towels kick azz!!! I got one draped over the kitchen faucet ATM....I let the water run until hot and do as you do...Yesterday I could have stayed at the sink all day...If only there was a way to keep that towel 'sink fresh" for a couple of hours....

Salem I use RO water in my rinses...I also got a bottle that you mix up saline in and blast 'em out....got about 10 of those CVS bottles about...bought the Arm and Hammer bulk pack at the Sammies as well... It was the week prior too Christmas when I contracted the crud...Mostly fine now but my sinuses have never fully recovered....Probably won't until it warms up a bit....Headache yesterday had me giving the K Funny/ProV combo the stink eye....Was just to much so I stuck with the Stick/Nauty...

Speaking of the ProV and all the hoops you gotta jump thru when sending one in for repairs...12 emails back and fourth...they were gonna send an estimate on repairs and I'd cashed in my reward points to use as payment...Made damn sure my contacts were clean prior too shipment as well...Was waiting on an email to instruct me how to pay and how much when I get a tracking number...So GOOD!!!!!!!! I told the girl make sure and say high to Monster K from Dee...That might have just worked!!!

Back when I was a young buck I toured the country side in a 70 Dodge Challenger...It came from the factory as a 340 T/A car...Just google the value of one today...I scored it with a damaged engine and went to a 440 Magnum from a police cruiser with a few tricks added...I still ran with the pistol grip shifted 4 speed...Long/short I've been toying with the shifter in the Ranger the past few days...Laying things out sos it's right where my hand lands when in full on El Dee riding position...I'm on about the twenty fifth different location now...Tweaking away!!!! It's a hundred times better but still not quiet where I want it...Here we are in 15 and again I'm shifting with a pistol gripped Hurst...Now if I could only afford a 70 Challenger....

When I first met DH, he had a 67 Camaro RS. Painted 78 Cadillac Gold ( deep bronze) black leather diamond tuck interior and a built 327. I think that I loved the car before I did him  Just hearing it run was a thing of beauty. Yeah, what we would give to still have that car now. sigh

I "think" that I have had the sinus thing since just after Thanksgiving. It is so hard to tell when you have allergies whether it is a cold or the allergies. I am highly allergic to one of my parrots. Darn good thing that I love that guy so much ;)

Saw where the FDA said last week they just can't do their job adequately...Yeah???? No sheet......

Chemicals for profit they got no problemohh with....

How's about they lay off the freekin e-cigs....Then maybe make the penalty so stiff for using known dangerous chemicals in our food it would be a major deterrent...

But then that would work...so....No way Jose`!!!!!!!!!!!

My Brother always had cars while I grew up that were hotrods. So I ended up with it from him. He then got into showcars so I kinda caught the bug from him. He has a 60 pontiac convert I'd love to have and his 36 Ford Cabriolet is amazing. Has independent suspension, corvette rearend, and a 327 in it.
These aren't very good pictures of a couple of them but he still has the 36 and the Pontiac.

A buddy of mine in the late 70's had this car from his Dad who had passed. He got behind on bills and sold it for $11000

Sweatheart Wharf. Super Bird isn't it? I remember those babies. There was also a Super Bee. I just saw one for $35,000. I think your friend sold it way too cheap. I'm a Chrysler guy. I built a 47 Plymouth with a 340 in it. The motor was bored, balance, and blueprinted with dual 4s. That was why I sold it. Couldn't afford the right suspension and braking system at the time.

So true, LD. Most people would be shocked at how many FDA approved food products are banned in most all other countries except for the US :(

Good morning, all.

No worries, OldtimeRocker. We will have the last laugh, Sunday night, after the Patriots win. Of course, the haters will say that they cheated to win the game and the damn NFL will start an investigation. I hope that they just walk off the field, when the game is over, refuse to accept the Lombardi trophy and tell the NFL where they can put the trophy.

BRING BACK THE AFL !!!!!

Good morning, Peeps. I'm off to clean up this snow mess. :(

Dang Warf that Superbird is a six figure player...Hemi equipped it could go seven figures...

Two very nice cars there 5...I worked at a Pontiac dealer for a couple of years...Had three Trans Ams so far...70 Super Duty 455w/4 speed that I scored when a mechanic traded it for a Mustang GT while I worked for Ford...a black 85 TA and finally a black 95 WS6 w/6 speed..Currently I've no car with wings....That isn't likely to last though....

Ahh yeah Jerry the AFL...began by the young upstart Al Davis....

Thanks Jerry. I love to read a good joke that makes me laugh that hard. Bradey is an old man that can't use those hard footballs anymore. Maybe somebody give the NFL a bad meter to measure the balls, I bet that's it. The patriots couldn't play in the games of yesterday when they had smasmouth football because it would be too hard on the BOYS. They need a beast mode. Besides I saw they're changing their team name next season to the,

P.S.
I'm only referring to team spirit buddy.

I was wondering if anyone thought about the fact if you pressurize a container in a nice warm room. Then put it in a very cold environment the pressure will be less. At least that's how I understood it.

Right. But 11 of the 12 balls provided by the Pats were underinflated (presumably their twelfth was for place kicks), while no shenanigans with any of the Colts' balls? :glare:

With a pseudonym like 5cardstud, you figure to know a thing or two about odds :p

I was just trying to be nice. I assume they're smart enough for things like that. The Pats have been caught and fined many times for that and other things. But the ball inflated properly wouldn't of made that game come out differently. They should of waited until after the Super Bowl because it's only going to put pressure on the refs. Our last game had so much pass interference in it but not one call for it because the refs have been calling bs fouls and got heat for it. I think football is going to become so regulated that nobodies going to watch it any more.

Jerry the AFC is still around. That was the AFC Championship game the Pats got caught with under inflated balls.

American Football Conference

AFC East
Patriots, Bills, Dolphins, and the Jets.

AFC North
Steelers, Bengals, Ravens, and the Browns.

AFC South
Colts, Texans, Jaguars, and the Titans

AFC West
Broncos, Chiefs, Chargers, and the Raiders.
